Good Morning Casinomeister,

Hope everyone is having a good week :) I am pleased to tell you about our latest new game 3 Secret Cities Slot released today as a limited exclusive on LeoVegas, followed by a Relax network release next week on the 26th May.

The game is 96.5% RTP with 1,024 Ways. Very High volatility and has a max win of 50,000x Bet.
As with all our games bet from 0.10 and the game is released with one RTP.

The game features our new BONUS↑UP mechanic, that keeps the game exciting by improving the bonus (increasing Free Spins and Multiplier) the longer the play without hitting one. Once the players have completed a bonus, we also improve the chance to hit the next bonus quickly! Climb each Temple in 3 mysterious locations to win extra Free Spins, Multipliers, and Super Stacked symbols. Also featuring our exclusive, player favourite Big Reel Portrait Mode®, making portrait play an immersive entertainment experience.

It is also worth pointing out the RTP is the same good value in every location and every spin, no RTP is stored for later prizes.

Embark on an amazing Aztec Adventure in 3 Secret Cities!

How many times did it pay the max win during testing and how many test spins were completed please.

A list of the top ten wins achieved during testing would be appreciated just to give us some odds of hitting.

It’s great that providers come to the forum but the market is so competitive nowadays, if you really want to stand out and get players, playing your games, we need that kind of info.

It’s not like that kind of stuff is top secret, is it? Surely the best way to get players on board, is to show us what the “goods” we are paying for, are actually capable of doing in reality, not hypothetically.

We totally agree about transparency! Compared to a lot of other providers we give you much more information; we were the first to add the math infographic to the splash screen that clearly shows RTP and has front and centre insight into the game math.

If you open the help file, we don't play hide and seek: at the very top you can see stats about what you might expect in 100 spins. These stats are independently certified by a 3rd party test house. We would rather give you these stats than any others as it prevents any ambiguity.

3 Secret Cities is unique as the potential of each bonus is clearly signposted on the map. Click on the BONUS UP panel to open the map and look at all the possible bonus potentials or see it in the paytable.

With BONUS UP it clearly signposts what you are playing for!

Had a quick go last night and its your best release by far, take away the nice win, it's smooth, looks great and the BONUS UP is a clever twist.

I was lucky enough to skip to location 3 before getting free spins, only about 150 spins for this little beauty.......

I dont expect my next spins to be so kind but last weeks best new release for me :)

I love the info on loading on your games - I mentioned it on here when I played your Yeti game for the 1st time.

Huge round of applause - other providers please take note - this is what the majority of clued up players want to see!

Thank you! We did notice at least one other provider has now started doing them too; we like to think we have helped drive this forward! Hopefully other providers will start as well.

Good Morning! Just to update you all: our new game, 3 Secret Cities, has now been released across the Relax network! Hopefully you can find it at your favourite casino! :)

3 Secret Cities now lets you Buy Feature, where there are 3 Temple features to choose from! Buy Feature can be played at a multiple of the lowest stake, 0.10, and it improves your RTP to 98%!

Enjoy and good luck!

Nice slot but I can not win on it what so ever!

Why is it that every one of your slots I find it impossible to win anything decent on them?!

Also dead spins galore. I easily go 10-20 spins in a row without a single win. Totally not good!

Got 35 spins, 8x multipler, decent staked symbol few dead spins, staked symbol may as well not of been staked still paid OK though, OK game little disappointed

Glad to hear you like the game! ? 3 Secret Cities is very volatile: the wins can come in less often, but when they do they can be bigger. The win hit rate on 3 Secret Cities is 1 in 5, so you might see a few spins with less activity.

Not every game is made for everyone – at the moment there’s a lot of hype about volatile games because everyone’s watching streamers, who love big volatile games. We see slots a bit like food: not everyone enjoys everything and that's okay, but hopefully there’s something out there for you!

The good thing about 3 Secret Cities is that you are constantly progressing, so the longer you go without a bonus the better it can be! Click on the panel in the top right to open the map and see the full bonus potential in the game.

Also, you can spin for 0.10 without changing your chance to win a bonus. Changing stake doesn’t change your location, so maybe try lowering your stake if you have been spinning for a while. Most importantly: when the fun stops, it’s time to stop. Slots are meant to be fun!

Nice setup on the bonus but sorry to hear we left you disappointed. The stacks are there, and hopefully next time they will land! The good news is that once you complete a bonus, your chances of hitting the next bonus quickly is improved. Good luck!

Overall I like the game: good sound & graphics, great information / transparancy and some innovative mechanics.

There are a couple of things that I do not like very much:
1 slam stopping the reels does not work fluently in the bonus spins
2 the user interface of your games is good, but I prefer to have the sound toggle on the playing screen

Looking forward to next release.

Thank you! Sounds a little cheesy but it means a lot that players appreciate what we do and all the information we give :)

Thanks for the points, the sound can be disabled from the burger menu, one click away, but will mention it to the team. Slam Stop - interest thanks, will speak to the team and see what we can do for the next game

Just played this for the 1st time.

I like!
Looks good, sounds good and plays decent. I for one like the chunky 20 to 30x base wins every now and again rather than the incessant 0.2x wins.

I feel the balance of the game is very good, and I like the concept of the increasing bonus structure.

One thing I really am not a fan of though. When leaving the bonus it tells me Jungle city id the best chance of a bonus 50% chance in next 33 spins. This smacks of gambling encouragement - you MUST stay on our game. Other than this - i'm a fan!

Excellent stuff (well mostly :))

I am sorry but I have to be vocal.

This slot is all again about the hype and you are just driving the "Potential max win" down our throats with it all over the place if not in this thread but in the slot too.

I have now done over 3K spins on this slot and I have not won anything over 150X I have also now lost hundreds on it too. It is pure filth the amount of dead spins is horrendous!

You say your company and name is aimed at "4ThePlayer" I find that not true at all. As I never win anything decent on your slots ever. I also have never saw anyone win more than 1000X either.

I have not even saw a YouTube video either on any of your slots.

I like the theme and the graphics but again it fails to deliver and fails to even win anything decent on. So I will be avoiding all your slots from now on. Sorry but They NEVER PAY!

Does that mean it is not on your list of favourite slots.

Agree in some small part with what your saying but where do they draw the line.

For me its a stat and nothing more, like listing a hit rate, bonus frequency or even RTP.

The more statistics the merrier for players.

Think a line has to be drawn somewhere between delivering a statistic that's useful and encouraging gambling.

Maybe a line in the info would have been a better way rather than straight after a bonus like you say.

If i'm honest, 123Boom put me off the provider a tad - pretty sure if i'd kept a tally of dead spins in a game, that'd have been in my top 3, coupled with the 10 bonus rounds out of 11 of <5x; which, was er, random ;)

I'll try this one when network wide as Leo's a no show
Think it is network wide played it at VS the other day.

It's not that bad I did achieve a 300x on my 3rd bonus but don't expect much with a semi good set up, basegame kept me going with a £50 balance only played once so obviously next try if there is one outcome will bad prob lol

Hi @DreamRJ – we meet again ?

Max win is a standard statistic, as players want to know the potential of the win. It looks like you're in the UK, like us. Have you ever seen The National Lottery advertise and not say what the jackpot is? That’s their ‘max win’, which they show off because their players want to know what could happen.

We mentioned it earlier on the thread, but this is a highly volatile game so you will get the odd inactive spin. If you want a more active game, you might try a less volatile game as you might enjoy it more. As some other members have mentioned, this game has fewer smaller wins and more bigger volatile ones: on the first day of network release, a player won over 4,000X on a €1 spin! However as this is gambling, unfortunately, you can be unlucky too!

Sorry to hear you do not enjoy our games, not all games are for everyone. Hopefully, you try something else and enjoy it. However, when the fun stops - stop!

Hi @Mouse75 , glad you like the game and the balance :)

In terms of the next bonus stat: this is just signposting the next bonus chance. The way BONUS UP works is that the longer you go without a bonus the better it becomes, and when you have had a bonus, you have a better chance of getting another one quickly.

The game will remember your state if you close it, so you don’t need to do the spins all in one go!

We are big advocates of responsible gambling; this is one of the reasons we are so transparent and forthcoming with statistics. It is also the reason we allow 0.10 bets on all our games and offer an RTP that is above the average!

I have to ask how many spins will it take to get the bonus on average? I'm on the MAX stage and literally the RTP has dropped to about 20%, Just keep redepositing and the great basegame wins from the earlier stages are all gone it seems.
@helafast , Sorry to hear you have hit an unlucky patch in the jungle! As you progress through the cities the bonus potential increases, but as we’ve said elsewhere this is a highly volatile game so you may occasionally have to wait for a feature.

That said, 3 Secret Cities is not a collection game. We don’t store or save any RTP for later features, so you are always spinning at the same certified 96.5% regardless of where you are in the game. Hopefully your luck changes soon!

BIB - Well that was a bit eye opening. So are you saying there is other providers that do this?

What about the random randomness of the randomy spins? Randomedial randoms are not stored away to randomize spins later, as this would take away from the randomness in the present, for everyone and not just the person the higher rtp randomised spin that was saved for the person in the future.
Are we on the same page mate?

If a game is a collection game, top tip: if you change your stake and progression or items are removed it is, then yes sometimes RTP can be stored or saved for when you unlock these items. This means that unless you collect all the items you might not experience the full RTP or potential, it also means you cannot change your stake to a lower amount, again something we advocate.

That 4000x hit is even more impressive... given that it was his or hers last spin - well before depositing again anyway!

@4ThePlayer thank you for your very informative replies across the board - and on reflection - I understand and agree with your comments

Wish it was as easy to speak to all providers - the personal replies are almost unheard of - keep up the great work

Thank you, it's our pleasure! We love to interact with our players and talk about our games. Glad its appreciated

@4ThePlayer - How about you add a leader-board to all your slots, no limit and pragmatic have them and some blueprint slots have them too!

That way we would be able to see what was being won on each of your slots! No Limit have a replay feature too. So you can replay other peoples wins or your own and share that link anywhere too!

We would then get a full understanding of how your slot is actually performing because for me and probably a lot of others are doing very very poorly on your slots. So at least this will give us all a better understanding and will see your slots do in fact pay huge wins out!

Thanks and I hope you can come up with a way to add this feature :)

Thanks for the reply and I really do like the game but it seems impossible what this game has turned into once it hit the gold city. $400.00 in deposits betting 1.00 and almost getting 150 spins each time. If this game is not saving RTP, then it totally disappears once in the golden city.

Friend of mine played - once he hit the golden city, it was over 1300 spins before it bonused.

No problem @helafast - we try to reply to everyone, regardless of their experience or thoughts as we want to help players understand slots and enjoy our games.

The biggest wins in the game are in Gold City. The good news is that there are several improvements available in Gold City, so your potential bonus does keep getting better as you play. The game also remembers your position so there is no rush to get the bonus.

The game is certified by an independent test house, it's part of the licencing process, so we can assure you the RTP does not disappear.

Good Morning @DreamRJ

Thanks for the leaderboard suggestion - we’ll definitely pass that feedback along to the Relax team as leaderboards are platform functionality - we just focus on making great games! 3 Secret Cities is on the Relax Silver Bullet platform, which doesn’t currently have leaderboards.

That said, we’ve seen a few players sharing nice wins on it so far. You mentioned YouTube - have you seen the Casino Daddy video from Monday?

Our next game will be coming out with Yggdrasil in a few weeks; they have the ‘BRAG’ tool that allows you to replay and share wins, so you’ll be able to share wins in that game from the left-hand side of the screen.

I've been stuck on the MAX 50kX stage for 8 deposits now. I totally believe you that it was tested, just pointing out this is like trying to "pop the hive" on Wild Swarm - except this time, no RTP has been saved.

One quick question, will "1 left Alive" ever be released to all casinos? I've only played it a few times and really liked it - but have not seen it anywhere but on Party Casino.

Thanks!

We hope you have set a deposit limit at your casino of choice and are playing within your limits.

Glad to hear you like 1 Left Alive
:)
It is not exclusive to Party Casino - the game is live across 36 different casinos that have Scientific Gaming. For example Play OJO or Novibet.

Already had suppressed the memory but after reading up on the forums and reading this thread, your posts, i remember havingf the exact same run basically...

At one point i really was like, are they serious? Of course i 'justified' my extremely poor session to bad luck, but it completely turned me off from playing it again. That said, i did like the concept, although it's not exactly new..

Edit for clarity: i had about 150 balance, which i worked up to from 25,- on other slots, and it took about 95,- of that on 10 cent bets, to get my first bonus, which was then max stage, but awarded something like 15x6 iirc, and paid 20x-ish..

All i know is i expected to be guaranteed the minimum upgrade of the last city, but i'm sure i didn't get that, which to me defeats the purpose of 'leveling up'..

Good Morning @incrediblestuff

Sorry to hear about your bad luck - as you said sometimes you can be unlucky; hopefully this changes soon and luck comes your way!

Good to hear you like the concept, although the way BonusUp works is totally new ;) No other game has done it like we have; increasing the bonus potential the longer you wait without getting one and increasing the chance of getting a bonus immediately after playing one - all whilst being stake independent and having the same RTP on every spin!
