new here at the forum. hi y'all. i just need to vent about this casino.
ive been playing at casino la vida for over year. in the last few months i switched over to the gaming club. i went back to casino la vida recently...and out of the 6 times ive deposited money there my deposits have taken over 5 to 7 days to show up in my account. the excuse is that internet connection between my banking and they're accounting department keeps going off. i know the group that owned la vida(red flush, dash) got sold to the fortune lounge group. i have never had a problem with fortune lounge...however......ever since casino lavida got bought out its just been ridiculous how many times ive had to wait for a deposit to show up. i get the run around. it will take 24 hours then its 48hrs then they need 5 business days. has anyone out there had the same problems? and as much as i like the fortune group and ive been very lucky at their casinos...i think im done with them.
i have a deposit pending right now...my credit card company says they are waiting for them to bill them....so i know its not me...i'm good with my credit and banking.
