Certain games won't load on Videoslots

@Videoslots, certain games won't load when I log into video slots it's telling me I'm trying to wager from a country that is not allowed but other games will load I've been messaging you guys on and off for over a week and now have had no response in 3 days i'm sending numerous screenshots I've been in my cache I've tried a different device I re set everything get my friend can sit directly beside me and use the same games what is going on
