There is a saving grace to the welcome bonus in the fact that it is parachute, so bonus is a backup if you fail to win in cash. It'll have more value than a post-wager offer like VideoSlots or LeoVegas for example. I hate caps and the fact the bonus is capped to 5x is awful.

As far as the withdrawals, I've seen much much worse so I would personally call this okay/medium limits. Even in their own network I think they have sites that are 500, 750 or 1000 a day which is far worse.

The biggest issue with Altacore, at least when I played them a few years ago, was that they would fake "time-outs" with the withdrawals a bunch of times. I'd say it would probably take 3 attempts on average per withdrawal to actually have it processed. There is absolutely no reason for a withdrawal to "time-out", it should just stay in the queue. I think there were also occasionally fake errors too that resulted in a failed withdrawal. It was all orchestrated to try to frustrate the player into playing back their money. I never did since I knew that if I kept withdrawing the money, it would eventually all get paid out, but it is an awful practice.
