Software Complaint Did Wild Portals (BTG) Pay Me Correctly?

Had a good bonus round ($0.20 bet) on Wild Portals with two retriggers. One of the spins produced 40 ways of Queens and paid $3.20. Considering I had a 28 times multiplier already at this point in the bonus, I expected much more.

Thoughts please!

Thats odd, paytable says 6OAK queens pay 0.4x, which is 16x if its 40 ways, and 16x seems to be what you got paid.
I have no idea how the bonus round works but it looks like the 28x multiplier was not applied to the win, with the multiplier it would have paid close to 450x instead of just 16x.

Was the portal actually open and showing the multiplier? The multiplier only applies when the portal opens and absorbs the symbol displayed so if there was no Js on the screen and the multi didn't increase it doesn't apply the multi to the win.

Wasn't using Bandicam as I normally do so I can't rewatch the bonus round. Will accept $3.20 and never play again lol.

the multiplier only applies if you use the wild iirc, so it is only applied to any wins which use the portal wilds.
