Hi all, I have joined to see if anyone can give some help. I made three deposits of a total of £350 to Kwiff Casino, I have also previously deposited using the same account which is a joint account with my husband. I won £1500 last night and they have since closed my account and not paying my winnings, can any one help or any advice on what to do? Kwiff said it was because it was the bank account I used to deposit cause my husband is the primary account holder, but it’s a joint account we use for online gambling any help will be greatly appreciated

Maybe ther is a Kwiff rep that can help sort this out, I was open to getting my winnings and keeping the account closed as the deposits were taken and allowed me to use all of them, but now I have won they close the account? To be honest I just want my winnings and the account closed which is a shame I enjoyed it

Hi, our casino rep page is iGaming reps wherein you will see that Kwiff Affiliates is listed but not recently active on the site. Sending them a Direct Message should be your first step but if that doesn’t work out let us know and we can offer further assistance.

Tried sending a DM but it’s saying it’s spam or something maybe they can reply here? Having a nightmare I have used my joint monzo card before on the site without any issue but all of a sudden when I get a withdrawal it flags up. Surely it should have flagged when depositing

Probably be able to send a message now you have made 3 posts.

Is it your name on the card tho or your partners. I know you said its a joint account but is your name actually on the card.
Partners the main card holder, I used it to make several deposits so surely this systems should have detected the card if they had an issue.

The systems never really pick up the name on card when depositing. But kind of guessed that was what happened that's why I asked.

As far as they are concerned you are using g someone else's card to deposit . Not sure why you never used your own card with your name on it. Best thing to do is to message the Rep and see what he says. If no reply or you don't agree you can do a PAB and Max will deal with them on your behalf and if he agrees you are right the casino should pay you.

we use this card when we play online on multiple sites and haven't had this issue.... i have full consent to use this card which as verified to them also... my husband used to use it there as well but through his own choice self excluded from that site.

thanks for the help and sorry for this but what is an PAB? I'm new to this as I've never had an issue before but i think i would be at least entitled to my deposits back, as there nothing states that you cant use a joint account

A PAB is the complaints procedure for this forum. You fill one in and they contact the casino on your behalf. Go to complaints section on here and you can read what its about and file one if you wish.

Tho to be honest. I thought at first maybe card was just not in your name.

But now it appears that not only is the card In your partners name but he is also self excluded.

Pretty obvious now as to why you never got winnings and they closed the account.

Depends on the casino and their rules but best you could hope for would be deposits returned tho thats not guaranteed. Think under circumstances PAB is best way to go.

Not my place to guess what's happened. All I can say is you have went from wanting winnings to saying you should be entitled to deposits back as nothing in rules lol. Think you will find they do have rules about using someone else's card especially a self excluded players.

To be honest think you might be lucky to get deposits back. Or else every self excluded player could just get partner to sign up. Use their card and if winnings get paid fine if not just go oh never knew I should get deposits back tho.

Understandable....

its not solo its a joint account. His kwiff account is not linked to mine though and we use the same bank account to keep track of this.... So your telling me you read every single term and condition on a website before doing anything, highly unlikely, as I've said it was a genuine mistake and i thought they should have picked up on the card details when i was depositing and i could have stopped there.

they were happy to take the bets, its kinda like going to put a bet on a horse race in a bookmakers shop you win it and they say no your husband gave you the money for the bet we arent paying out

I wont go down that route as of yet i will wait for a response from customer services.

Had a look there at the terms and conditions

D.5.1 You may only (a) make deposits into your Account using a Card or Payment Service Provider account issued in your name

it says nothing about a joint account. I still think they should be paying the bet out, the account is in my name technically it seems this is a bit of a grey area as another site i use said it wasnt an issue?

And the card isn't In your name. It's in your self excluded partners name .

And is your partner self excluded at the other site. If not it's totally different circumstances.

It’s been a genuine mistake, which I have sent them both statements with both names on each account….. and also that they could have seen that before taking the deposits which were multiple, even before the three last night. But anyway they will deal with it if not I’ll start a PAB and try that way. Thanks for your input

Paul it’s a joint bank account in both our names. I don’t know why you don’t understand that a joint account is two people on the account.
Lol I understand what a joint account is. You are the one that's not understanding the fact that the card you used is in your partners name not yours. It is irrelevant how many people share the account. Each person has their own card. To use the joint account in your name you use your card.
