Hi guys

Last week I won £1402, withdrew the funds, shows up as pending. Couple of hours later I logged back in to check if processed, came up with ‘consent to EDD checks’ clicked consent, linked bank account, then nothing. Have withdrawn on Hyper on many occasions, no problem!

As of today (1st June) nothing back, still pending. Contacted via chat, was told to wait for an email. Few hours later, have emailed, they’ve responded saying many players are having checks, I’m in a queue, no withdrawal until it’s complete, have to wait, time scale days to weeks…

Has anyone else experienced this problem before? How long did you wait? Frustrating they can’t give you a straight answer.
 
Terrible outfit, total scma too. Should get their license revoked if you ask me.

It's probably all backlog stuff, EDD review is not like KYC, they take waaaaaaay more time. Therefore there is always backlog, doesn't matter how many people you hire or assign.

Anyways, you can send me a PM and all i can do is prioritize, not allowed to do the review myself due to conflict of interest regarding the position within the company I represent.

Phew! He should thank his lucky stars he was favoured and not left unpaid like the hundreds of other complainants by this shocking outfit. :p
