jackbit.com (Ryker B.V.) - Withholding $75k

Hello dear community,

So to make a short story long: i was playing on jackbit.com and received a rakeback bonus. while using the funds from this bonus, i managed to win approximately $85,000. while trying to withdraw the funds all the transactions were cancelled except 1 for about $10,000 and the appeared a transaction of 'system withdraw' for the remaining of the funds.
I contacted their support team to resolve the issue and they said that "winnings from a rakeback bonus are caped at 10X winnings" while their website T&Cs state the the rakeback bonus comes with "No Strings Attached". While telling it to them and sending screenshots that there are no limitations on the bonus and demanding to see the exact document that states the bonus has a 10X cap they replied, and i quote "we are unable to provide the detailed historical evidence of bonus terms at the time of acceptance."
I reached out to their compliance team, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, Gaming Services Provider N.V and filed a complaint with AskGamblers.com to which they replied that they cant help with this matter and i should contact the Gamig Authority of jackbit.com

Now im reaching out publicly to get seen by the correct people to resolve this issue and get me my honestly earned money.
