Jackpot Factory- emails and casino rep not responding

Anyone else that has had to deal with Alljacpots casino having a slow reply (or none at all ) lately ?
did email them on the 29th of August, resent a day later,no reply the mail before that one i had to resend as well because of no reply, then they did reply,
but now nothing, i did PM the rep for Jackpot Factory last Thursday, still nothing
so just curios if anyone else is dealing with them

hmm they sure dont log on often unless holidays, maybe a Mod can see when they were last logged on, as they have it hidden (wonder why)
