Here at kwiff we continuously review our product and the service we provide to you as players, we do this through monitoring your feedback supplied directly or through forums, via analysis of player behaviour and our own testing.
During a recent review, we identified that one of the safer gambling tools, namely our loss limit, that we use is not clear enough to you as a player. We think we should have done better and that if we had communicated the full aspect of the tool you may have used it differently. This did not affect any of our other tools which ensured you remained protected in accordance with local regulations.
We understand the need to fix this issue. Therefore, we are going to enhance the tool and improve our communication about it. Additionally, we will refund any deposits without prejudice made during the period when we identified that the tool did not meet the necessary quality standards as a goodwill gesture.
