Playgrand suspended my account while withdrawal pending

I’ve been played at playgrand over a year I recently went on there and won some money which I withdrew and it processed within a couple of days a week later so this week I have done the same thing but after withdrawal they have asked for documents and suspend in my account. Will I get my withdrawals? I have sent documents in but also noticed when I went to login it says operator excluded.

This brand is notorious for delaying payments and verification. I have dealt with three of their casinos and they all had similar pattern. The best thing do right now is fila a complaint.
Also, these guys respond really slow so don't expect a resolution too soon.
