Sky Vegas, winnings not credited

Yesterday I won £6.70 on the new Flintstones Bedrock Riches game on Sky Vegas, but the winnings were not credited to my account, and proof of me playing the game did not appear in my transaction history. I noticed that the winnings were not credited and I was able to go back get a screenshot of my win, because I had exited the game before the next spin became available, so when I re-entered the game, it replayed my win again. I stupidly only took a screenshot of the actual game and not the full page or transaction number.

I chatted with an agent who was a bit rude and said they can't see any proof of me playing the game and they do not accept cropped screenshots, so I contacted Resolver and they just told me the same thing...

I know it's only £6.70 but it's still really annoying. I don't trust Sky Vegas any more.

Sky are tossers. Low rtps small selection of games compared to most other casinos and awful live chat that are usually rude and just want to get rid of you as fast as they can. But like you said just dont play there anymore, Vote with your wallet.

They may have robbed you of £6, but they have lost you as a customer so its there loss really.

Did you let the game round play completely out the 2nd time? Maybe had one spin after?

I had this happen on white hat gaming one time. Won a few hundred on a bonus round but in the history it didn't show up either. There was just a long pause between two spins (because of the bonus) I think it paid out a small amount and somehow the rest of it was a glitch. Like the game round was only allocated that amount of winnings and then what the slot showed didn't match up to the underlying stuff.

Couldn't get anything out of the provider or the network, I think the provider checked and it looked good on their end. First and only time I've had a decently sized win that never got credited
