On friday night I deposited £50 at GoWild. After a few hours play I had a balance of £300, which I withdrew. Then went to Live Chat and asked for my account to be flushed, so I wouldn't be tempted to reverse it. The live chat agent said all they could do was leave a message for the casino manager to contact the finance team, to see if they could do anything. I don't know if this was just an excuse not to flush, or if, unlike most casinos, the chat agents aren't able to flush.
So, on saturday afternoon I checked my account and the £300 was still reversible. I didn't go completely mad, but reversed £50 to play with, and got my balance up to £150. So i withdrew that. so now I had £400 pending
Today I checked again and my balance was still reversible. so I reversed £50 again, and got my balance up to £100, which I withdrew making my pending withdrawal £450
So because the wouldn't/couldn't flush, it's cost them an extra £150. Nice to see their policy backfiring on them, for once, lol
