The sorry ass casino gave me a $100 free chip with a playthrough of $2000. I shattered the playthrough and withdrawal my maximum cash out of $200. I decided to ask for a time frame as to how long the payout would take because I received the email stating my request has been completed/confirmed and my payout would be processed shortly. I showed the so called manager the screen shot and she proceeded to tell me it was denied and my winnings were taken due to multiple free bonuses used without a deposit. I rarely ever use that casino. So the claims were complete bullshit. How do I report the casino and acquire my winnings?
 
Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip
Looks pretty cut and dry to me if you used two NDB consecutively without a deposit in-between.

Not the nicest terms out there but there in black and white nonetheless.
