I requested a withdrawal somewhere between Nov. 22-23.

To this day, I have still not received my money, nor replies to my multiple emails.

My All Jackpots (same group) withdrawal was processed and received in a few days, but it is taking centuries for First Web and All Slots to send my full withdrawal. I received my original deposit amount back to Neteller, but I am still missing $125 and $220 in winnings. I made a mistake and chose Canadian Bank Transfer as my alternate payment method (I never knew they'd actually use it, as the word "alternate" means secondary) and now my money's stuck somewhere. I even emailed support to change payment method to Neteller, seeing how fast it it was for All Jackpots. Of course, I had no reply.

I have been in touch with the Jackpot representative, who promised that I would get my money in 24-48 hours as of Tuesday. Well, it's been more than 24-48 hours and I am getting impatient. I've PMed the representative and he hasn't messaged me since Tuesday. I know this post won't change much, but what can I do besides keep waiting? Flood them with more PMs and emails? :what: :what: :what:

I am sad to say this is a common experience at Jackpot Factory, and has been for ages. Occasionally, something like this will happen, and it is damn near impossible to get it sorted. The main problem is that Finance do not talk to CS, and neither seem to talk to management.
Even a PM to the rep is no guarantee, but it can eventually get results. Waiting does not work, if it has not been paid it never will be without intervention. This is due to the fact that no-one seems to monitor these failures, and will assume no complaint = no problem.

Changing method to Neteller will help a little, but even Neteller withdrawals get screwed up. 18 days is at the extreme end, but I have had 7 - 14 day waits on several occasions. In the end, after a bout of serious unresolved problems, I complained to eCogra, who asked Jackpot Factory for an explanation. I was told on three further occasions that improvements were being made, and I have had far less problems this year than before, but clearly there is still an underlying issue.

Non-response to e-mails is still a common problem. I will eventually phone them, and often they deny ever receiving the e-mail, but I never get a "postmaster" bounce, so it surely got delivered. On ONE occasion, a CS rep actually found a missing e-mail, and it had become "stuck" on the server which for some reason had never forwarded it to the CS team. This problem was particularly severe this last weekend and into the week.
 

I was initially impressed with the cashout for All Jackpots. Now it has all gone down south. You'd think that most accredited casinos here would actually care about their reputation, but it seems not. The worse thing is that I am left in the dark with no explanation at all. You'd think they at least come up with some lame excuse, but there is nothing. You know what else is funny? I finally got a response from First Web 10 days later:

This is the first time I've had issues with casinos paying out on time. Even all of the RTGs and Playtechs I've played at pay out faster. First thing tomorrow morning I'm gonna call these people up. It should be interesting to listen to their excuses.
 
Wow. I have never had this problem with either All Jackpots or All Slots (which I used to play regularly). That is sad to hear that they would let this low quality of service occur. I'm quite surprised, to be honest.
 
I had no problems withdrawing money from Jackpot Factory. I withdrew $4800 and had it in my account within days. They were great to deal with.

I hope you can resolve your problem with them.

I sure hope they aren't involved in a scheme to pay off others who are higher on the priority list since those customers are more likely to come back.. :o :o JK :o.
 
mtx, I withdrew $4800- that was after a $50 deposit.. and I think they gave me a $200 bonus... :) I did really well with Thunderstruck and Spring Break- and Kathmandu.

I sure hope I left some money for you!!!! I tried to.

It seems like luck comes and goes like the wind. About every 2 months I can withdraw a nice amount. Then go VERY cold in between. Why is that? :confused:

The time now has arrived to contact eCogra. With my case, they identified departmental issues that means that NO-ONE is tasked with back-checking these cases. Mine was apparently "stuck due to a server error", and I confirmed this when 2 later withdrawals from the same account leapfrogged the early one, got processed and paid, and screwed Cashcheck in the process as it could not accomodate this to display my history correctly.

A PM to the rep here is also worth a try provided he is still around (it being close to Christmas).
You should at least be able to negotate a compensation chip for this poor service - I get one every time, and I even suggested a tariff of 10% of the lost amount (they did not agree to this in general, but that's what I got in the end).
After a few of these free chips, stuck withdrawals seem far less of a problem of late for me, before it was every 2 weeks or more!

I would recommend PABing and I can probably fast-track this. But the rep is here so this may not be necessary.

BTW, didn't you just recently have a problem with Winward?? Is this somehow related to that?

Related as defined as your activity that seems to be causing problems, not the casinos. They are completely different.
 
I'll throw in my .02 cents since I'm feeling antagonistic ...

I've played almost 200 casinos and only come to Bryan with one problem.

That problem was resolved before he could even look into it ... not to mention it was over two years ago. :thumbsup:
 
Well I don't know what to say. I'm playing within the rules. If they have a real reason to delay my payments, they should tell me, instead of feeding me excuses. Customers shouldn't be hounding support for answers 24/7 like I am.

And out of all the places I've played, Winward has been the most shadiest. Accusing me of playing with multiple accounts with no proof? Then paying me instantly as soon as I contact someone here with connections to their office? Obviously they didn't want to pay me because I made money. There's no other explanation.

I got my deposit back buit not my winnings. It finally did come a couple weeks after cashout. Whats up with that?

i have the same Problem that i get no response from Support All Slots, Support Wild Jack, Support and Banking First Web and Support Jackpot Factory.

is there no longer a representative here at CM ?

my actually problem is, that All Slots have not the payment option Click2Pay,
although i can deposit with this method.

the Policy says, that they paid back to the same preferred method that deposited, but there is no this option.

i have also a Neteller Account, but i think if i use this option, they return the money into the Account.

What's the matter with this group ?

I think the forum would appreciate news of why these few players are experiencing these 18 day+ withdrawal holdups in a system that normally processes withdrawals within 48-72 hours, and often faster.

I had these problems, and it was down to lack of communication between departments coupled with the fact that NOONE ever checked the system for "stuck" transactions for the whole fortnight I had a similar issue.

While a PM to you (David) will get the issues resolved, it should not even be necessary to have to go this far in the first place. Emails to support need to be answered promptly, and support then need to continue to pursue the issue with the financial department until the player has either been paid, or told what they need to provide in order to complete the process.

I too have found my E-mails completely ignored when requesting flushes on withdrawals over the last three weeks or so. I have not even bothered this last week with sending such E-mails.

These problems should have been sorted out last summer when they were identified, and brought to the attention of Jackpot Factory management.

If a player sends an E-mail, has it ignored, can see the E-mail as having been sent at his end, and never receives a bounce notification; having support then say the E-mail was never sent is an insult to their intelligence - and I consider my intelligence insulted!

Looks like yet another fraud investigation. WHY players who take no bonuses still get tangled up in these is beyond me. The main fraud is players attempting to circumvent the one signup bonus per casino per player rule by inventive registration of multiple accounts. With no bonus at issue, this looks like the problem recently with Vegas Affiliates, where an inventive "scam but not a scam" was being perpetrated by the use of "illegitimate play". It is possible that said scamsters have turned their attentions to the Jackpot Factory after being run out of town by Vegas Affiliates.
The only fraud I can think of that does not involve bonuses is depositing money that turns out not to belong to the player and attempting to withdraw to another method before the casino discovers the initial deposit is not funded. This can be done with some credit cards, but it is rare to get away with it (as in getting paid before the casino find the deposit funds are invalid).
If scams appear to originate from a certain area, or through a certain affiliate, it seems the responce now is to shoot first and ask questions later. Innocent players tend to get sacrificed in order to minimise the number of guilty ones that get away with it.
Winning 5000+ from 50 deposited is damn good, and will always get the attention of the audit department for a new player as withdrawals of this size usually lead to requests for documents whatever the deposit/withdrawal method.

PS. How DID you turn $50 into $5000+, I might give it a try as I have a 100 bonus in my VIP Lounge account from Tailgate Party:D
 
I deposited $25 (bonus free) at All Jackpots on 1/5 and made a withdrawal. It's still not in NETeller (1/9).

I deposited at Villento 1/7, busted out, claimed my weekly bonus, and managed a few hits, made a withdrawal and got my money today (1/9).

What's wrong with this picture? And no, I'm not part of a fraud ring. Worst thing I'm guilty of is being a mouse.

Another thing... Am I the only player that NEVER receives any emails from this casino group? I use Hotmail. Is Hotmail blocking all JPF mail?

I am just glad it is someone else's turn to have withdrawals held up for days and days. It is now my turn to have E-mails ignored, but withdrawals get paid on time. My withdrawal from VIP Lounge on Sunday turned up early today, around 48 hours with no flush (no point, E-mails all ignored at present).

There has been no notice about any technical problems on the website, and I have received promotional mailers. JPF mailers ARE in HTML though, perhaps hotmail does not like this, and treats them as spam or possible threats.

well i deposited with payspark.. the games i played was bars and stripes, cashville, all aces, and combination of blackjack and basically everything... they have all my documents.. there cant be no fraud cus the money was taken from my bank to payspark to casino.. besides its not fraud cus if it was why are they crediting my deposit back???? i want my deposits and my winnings ..

This looks very similar to the Vegas Affiliates issue. Payspark is approved (no, PUSHED, nay RAMMED DOWN YER B****Y THROAT), by this group and BelleRock. Both groups seem to have, at some time, used my details with them to create Payspark accounts in my name but requiring activation. Surely they can't be implying that a deposit with no bonus from Payspark is deserving of withheld winnings.
If you turn out to have another account at the casino, taking no bonus has given you no advantage, however it is just as likely that their CS has screwed up again and got your details mixed up with another player who has done something untoward in the past. This can happen simply by coincidence of similar details (such as one of the very common last names like "Smith" or "Jones" here in the UK). You may have made a mistake in information, such as sending in documents with old addresses, or different formats on your name. Your Payspark details may not match the casino registration details, and this could also raise a flag.

Hopefully, the Rep should be able to find out what has happened and get you paid, or confirm (by not paying) that you have been labeled as having done something seriously against the terms that warrants confiscation despite having taken no bonus.

I only receive an occasional email from them.

I cashed out a couple weeks ago, no bonus with my deposit. I called and had them flush the withdrawal and the money was in my neteller account the next day. I've played a couple times since then but I can't seem to hit anything.
 
Thanks. I still haven't received my withdrawal. I'm going to try to phone their CS before I leave for work. (I'd rather get poked in the eye by a stick.) Which I'm sure they'll say accounting or finance or whatever isn't in and they'll forward the message. And then I'll have to contact the rep here at CM. And then I'll get my money.

I don't remember ever having a problem with them before. 3 days tops. I don't like having to track down my money.

I've asked thei CS about emails and all they could tell me was add their email addys to my 'safe' filters. Well, that doesn't really help as I don't receive any of the their emails -- not in my Inbox, not in my Bulk/Junk folder -- nothing. So I don't know if Hotmail has them blocked or JPF have removed me from their email promo list. I've asked them twice and that's enough.

P.S.:

Talked with support. My 1/5 withdrawal shows up as being withdrawn on 1/7 casino time. LOL Weekends don't ya know. Those 2 days don't exist. I hate w/d on Friday night! I should have my money today or tomorrow. Sheesh...
 
When I used my Hotmail address JPF along with everything else, came really late or not at all. Since changing my email address to Yahoo, I receive my mail quick. I don't like weekend withdraws either. I use PaySpark & when JPF releases my funds on a Friday, I know not to look for them until Monday.

I have not collected an affiliate payment in months and months. I no longer have an active website of my own (in at least two years), nor have I used any of my affiliate links on anyone else's site in a year or so. So no, I am not an affiliate. Even when I was in that end of the business, I had three casino groups that I promoted....Vegas Partner, Roxy Palace and the Palace Group. I ran a brief promo for 32Red, again, almost a year ago.

Those affiliate accounts I had back then (four) have been inactive for quite a while, and I don't foresee them becoming active, or me receiving any financial gain from them, anytime soon. Just because I choose to take the viewpoint that casinos aren't the enemy, that hardly means I'm on the payroll.

As to the rest of your post, it doesn't even dignify a response...honestly, you just don't have a clue, you really don't.
