Yep - here we go again! :D

You need to identify this movie scene. Tell me what film and the scene it's playing in. You can check this out here Link Removed (Old/Invalid)

The first person to get it right wins BEER delivered to your doorstep (must be legal drinking age and not live in a beer unfriendly environment) - or $50 - your choice.

I'm normally pretty good with movie trivia, but I'm having trouble with this - I can hardly make out a word, I think I hear 'last chance' somewhere in the middle, and 'highbrow music' at the end...

Well, that's a start. :p

The crowd gives it away. You just have to try and hear what they are saying. You need to listen very carefully...

;)
Nope.

The crowd sound Irish to me....

Now to make a short list of every movie that features Irishmen in a pub......

Is it from the original of a film that got re-made?
Nope.

Okay, I guess some of you need some help.

It's black and white. Filmed in the UK, and came out in the 60s.

A very famous film. Most of you have seen it.

The clues are in the sounds of the crowd. What are they saying?

Sound is not very clear but I seem to hear a name being called out a few times. Sounds like 'Don' so I'm gonna say... Singin' In The Rain?

Ok...just saw your last clue...maybe I was hearing 'John'. So Imma gonna change my mind and say it's a Beatles movie.

Help or Hard Days Night. Dunno which scene tho'.

I hope you are happy Mr Meister, half of the 32Red marketing team gave up work about an hour ago and all you can hear in the office is your sound clip! Nobody has got the answer here yet though, although the previous posts of 'Hard Days Night' were suggested!

Apologies to everyone, there was meant to be a 40000% bonus this weekend - but Bryan's clip has us all distracted. ;)

Where can we start, does it begin with an A? lol

Mark

A Hard Day's Night

They (the Beatles) enter a room with a lot of reporters. John and Paul go get wine and are pushed around by all of the people in the room. They begin to be interviewed separately by other reporters. At the end of the clip given by Bryan the reporter asks George "How about Highbrow Music?" Which he replies (in the movie) " I've always liked that question."

:D

That would be BECAUSE they were distracted:D

I have seen the promo, it's 40000% on a max deposit of 1c - hardly worth the effort:p I doubt my £4 will last long, 0.01 seconds on LOTR perhaps

So it's defiantly a Beatles film and they made 5.

So four left and I reckon nikantw got it right.

The others were: Yellow Submarine, Help!, Magical Mystery Tour and Let it Be.

I got it before he did :D...if in fact that's the right movie..which it is lol. Woot.

Shoot I missed your post, I won't let it happen again.

Yes it is a Beatles film.

It was a tough one, but in a way, easy. The first couple of listens I only heard "Highbrow music George" Then I listen again and magically, it's a role call of Beatles names.

It is A Hard Day's Night. Mob around the train scene? Or right after the TV show, not sure which.
Yes the film is right, but, you didn't tell us which scene.

:D
Bingo. That's the scene!

You can faintly hear people shouting "John" "Paul" and "Ringo" in the background. I thought that was a pretty good clue. :p

JOHN; I never noted his nose till about six months ago.

GEORGE; And me mother asked me before we left for America...
if we wanted any sandwiches.

JOHN; And when I plugged her in, she just blew up.

So did John Lennon plug George Harrison's mother in???

:what:
