Finally Bitstarz is giving it a go. They are primarily focused on cyber currencies, but webwallets, CCs are welcome too.

They have been around for a few years and haven't generated that many complaints. They have a staff that seem to be pretty squared away, they have speedy withdrawals, process payouts on weekends, and can lock your withdrawals as well.

They are licensed by Curacao (JAZ 8048), but this is Antillephone and is probably the best out of the four master licenses from this tropical island. I am in contact with the admin there and can contact them if there is ever a real serious problem - which I do not expect.

In my opinion, im playing there for years... never ever had any problem with them!!!! lot of games to play and the support are very fast and kind!!!! The payout/cashout are really very fast, almost instant to ewallet like skrill. The only thing that I don´t like is that you must pay 2.5% on any deposit.

I totally understand your point about the fee on deposits for certain methods, and we've for a long time discussed if we should remove it all together. I mean, to be fair, I'd be pretty annoyed too when I think about it.

I promise you we'll give it another discussion and consider making deposits with these certain methods fee free :)

Never had major issues, can only remember a withdrawal delay but that doesnt bother me.

I stopped playing there because I simply don't play at casinos licensed in Curacao, but thats a personal decision and has nothing to do with Bitstarz.

Totally respect your opinion about the Curacao license, and the reason we've chosen that one in particular is that it gives us freedom with cryptocurrencies that the other licenses (to my knowledge) does not offer.

Anyway, the withdrawal was nothing special. You always processed the next day, one withdrawal remained pending for 3 days. Was processed. Don't get me wrong, people need to party and drink as well, otherwise work becomes boring. So I fully understand a delay every now and then.

Had a similar one at Casumo, weekend they always processed withdrawals and one weekend they didnt. Turned out they went to Sicily to drink and do whatever they could, fair game :)

Gotcha, well when it comes to the withdrawal it sometimes depends on what method is being used for withdrawal. When it comes to Bank Withdrawals those are not processed over the weekend sadly :( but all the other ones will (on an average of 10 minutes) as long as the account is verified. If you didn't request a bank transfer and it still wasn't processed over the weekend, I apologize for not keeping up with our withdrawal speed, we know better!

Haha, appreciate you recognizing our love for a drink as much as anybody, but yeah, not to the expense of our cashout speed of course (at least we try) :)

Really? I withdraw to my bank and it’s always in my bank within 2/3 hours

BitStarz used to be in my top 5 casinos to play at but I had to re verify my account recently due to my previous email being hacked so when I tried to withdraw I was screwed around beyond beliefe documents that have never been disapproved anywhere else including trading exchanges BitStarz rejected nearly all of them even my ID photos which I took with my P20 pro which has a liecha camera three to be exact 40megapixel quality with watermark was rejected and to top it off they disapproved my bank generated statements and a scanned and certified bank statement from my bank which I collected personally and told me I must rather send something that was delivered from my post office to my door which I told them was impossible as South Africa has no working postal service at the moment and the last letter that was delivered dated back to 2016 which I thought I would send through with bank statements to prove to them that I live where I say I live but all rejected by a very rude and arrogent support agent, I only had good things to say about this casino in its early years even recommended them on this forum when most people were sceptical about crypto casinos, now I rate them 0.0001% and would first play dice on the street with bottle tops than play there again
 
well if you are going to be a true accredited casino you will have a lock withdraw and back and forth with being verified I sent you everything but the kitchen sink.
 
The only thing I did not send but was surprised it was not requested was a stoel sample and a hair folicle :laugh: I requested my payout to my ecoPayz and surprisingly my eco account screenshot was the only document approved the rest that were rejected but accepted at many other casinos / exchanges is a bright red flag in my view

With that said, there are laws we have to follow. In your case, we did in the end try to level with you and the documents you had at your disposal, and that's why we did verify your account in the end and you could cashout without further issues.

I beg you to level to a certain extent with me here, as it's a rarity that a country doesn't have a working postal service. That's not of the norm, hence we have to discuss with the license issuer as how to solve that kind of problem and find common ground.

I also think we were quite accommodating in other ways as well, giving you special privileges with no max cashout for bonuses, didn't make you have a minimum spend in the casino to still have your VIP status, etc.

With that said, you have the freedom to play anywhere you wish, so I wish you best of luck at the casino of your choice :)

Jokes aside, your account at BitStarz is fully verified, and you did send quite a few documents, however many of them were photos of your computer screen from a distance, which can be quite hard to read. We just asked for the usual documents that is needed for withdrawal, no selfies, nothing extra, and those are documents we are obligated to ask for by law.

Once more, we're not trying to make this verification process more complicated than it is, and as a casino that prides itself in fast withdrawals and unlimited cashouts, we have no desire to keep your money in an unjust way. If that was the case, we certainly wouldn't have fast cashouts and unrestricted withdrawal limit.

We asked for ID, bank statement, proof of address as well as back and front of the cards and proof of deposit as per our KYC obligation and your account got verified as soon as all the documents were sent in :)

I understand what you saying and I don't hold grudges but I did not have these issues about 2 years back when I first registered it was only after having to reverify my account after I lost access to my first registred email address that these issues became a worry, all in all you guys do run a great casino and I often read articles about players hitting it big on your site too which is awesome to see, my recent experience was bad but my overall experience from all the way back to when you guys first opened it positive can't deny that

I appreciate it, and I'm sorry it turned out the way it did. To be fair, I'd like to make the KYC process easier, especially because a lot of people don't receive much post these days. Hence, I believe that the verification procedure should be more adapted to modern times. Until that's done however, we're bound to follow the rules in place, even though we may think they can be unreasonably difficult at times.

With that said, I appreciate the kind words and fully respect your opinion.

Butstarz was doing Lightning fast cashouts before they became trendy. Sadly they are making the withdrawal process very difficult... I uploaded exactly what they asked:
- Proof of identity (passport)
- Proof of address (bank statement)
- Proof of deposit (screenshot of online bank account showing deposit)

- Credit card front and back used to deposit.

All deposit within date and were all approved.

My withdrawal maybe set off a red flag as I now have to provide a government issued letter or utility bill as proof of address...

Very annoying....... I am verified on all casinos I play with these documents.

Would be great if you could give me your username in a PM so I can look into what happened in your particular case. When it comes to rejecting documents (which I believe you refer to), support has to manually add a reason for rejecting a document.

That reason gets automatically sent in an email to the player so they can upload a new one that is within the guidelines we've received from our license issuer.

I would love to get to the bottom of this, so if you could kindly PM me, I'll have a look at it ASAP!

Edit: I believe to have found your account. And the reason for rejecting the proof of address is because it's an e-bill and not a document sent to you via post. I see you uploading 3 of these (please correct me if I'm wrong), and all of them are rejected with the same reason. So it would be awesome if you could send us something that has been snail-mailed to you :) I see the other documents were approved.

I mean, I get it, we don't get much mail these days, but there should be something sent to your address that we can use, right? :)
