I’m happy to say that the Bitstarz story as far as player complaints goes is a very happy one. In fact it’s pretty exceptional and they deserve huge credit for being totally professional and very attentive to player issues. The first complaint I received was in 2016 and to date there have been about 20 complaints in total. That’s less than 3 complaints a year which is remarkably low for any casino. The best news for players though is that Bitstarz has obviously made it a priority to address and resolve any issue that does arise as quickly as humanly possible. I’ve had their reps respond while on vacation, at company retreats, I even think I woke a rep up once and they were happy to help. Anyway, the bottom line is that they address issues immediately, most are resolved within a few hours. Exceptional service to players with complaints is always a good thing and Bitstarz is one of the very, very best.

At least that’s what we did when writing this casino review, too. We reached out to their customer support live chat team to ask a few questions about the time frame to complete wagering requirements. The first agent we were connected with was friendly and responded immediately, but when they weren’t sure of the answer, we were instantly transferred to the specialised team. The specialist support agent was able to give us the correct answer, consolidating their expert status. All things considered, the live chat support was a five star experience.

This works exactly as you’d expect it to, but it would be nice to see a few more filtering options, such as by theme or volatility.
Players can play at BitStarz on desktop or mobile browser, but currently, there is no BitStarz app. The mobile version is average at best, with our main gripe being the game logos are too small to read in portrait orientation but too clunky in landscape orientation. The quick deposit feature at the bottom of the screen streamlined our overall gaming experience. It removed the necessity of heading to the wallet section to continue playing games, but other than this, the mobile version of BitStarz has a long way to go.
