Hey guys,

I deposited approx $3000 AUD to Bitstarz and was given some bonus’s which I turned over 40x and have ended up with approx $10000 in winnings, they are saying it takes 24-48 hours to check with the gaming provider? Are they trying not to pay me out?

I’m getting a bit worried.

Hello,

Bitstarz has a very good rep here on the forums — @BitStarz — who should be aable to help you if you send them a Private Message (PM) with the necessary details.

If that doesn’t work out you’re always welcome to use our free Player Arbitration (PAB) service if you want us to get involved on your behalf:

submit-a-pab.webp

If you do proceed with the PAB please do read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures as those are mandatory and fully enforced once your PAB has been received.

Regards,

Max Drayman
Complaints & Player Arbitration (PAB) Team Leader

Thanks for letting me know! I have fully verified myself and they are saying this:

Hi again,

Like advised numerous times:

"These checks usually take between 24-48 hours to perform, however can take longer, depending on the game provider's turnaround time."

It's still well within this timeframe, so you have nothing to worry about.

We will notify you via email once we get the necessary feedback.

Up until then we will no longer be responding to these emails asking for feedback, as you have been told numerous times now, that we will notify you once we have the feedback.”

Is that from the rep here or from Support? Contacting the rep will usually — though not always — cut to the chase and get you faster results.

The 24-48hr turnaround is pretty normal if the operator needs to verify the winnings with gaming provider. Just hold tight and congratz for the winnings!

What sort of checks are needed with the provider?
When operators are dealing with bigger wins, they want to check the authenticity of the gameplay, especially if bonus funds were included. Unfortunatly i cant go any deeper to this, but as mentioned, it shouldnt take too long and is standard procedure for most of the operators. As Bitstarz is one of the reputable operators here aswell, i wouldnt be too worried.

I was playing blackjack betting $500 per hand etc. would this affect anything?
hmm from the bonus terms at Bitstarz
Until the playthrough requirements have been met, the maximum allowable bet with a bonus active is 5 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/USDT, 50 NOK, 500 JPY, 300 RUB, 0.01 BCH, 0.05 LTC, 0.0015 ETH, 15 DOGE or 0.00006 BTC

Yep and generally table games contribute far less to the wagering total so it would have taken a while.

People need to read the terms before they use bonuses!

How are you supposed to know about the terms before playing? do you actually think people who are jumping on to a live casino keen to play blackjack is going to read those terms.. I hate the slots! It’s not my thing.. I was issued the bonus and though great .. the app doesn’t block you from playing those games or placing those bets… if I had of lost the casino wouldn’t think twice about taking my money. They keep advising me that the are doing “standard checks”?

ive been around casinos for over 20 years all the time there has always been a bet cap on bonuses so shouldnt come as a surprise really to anyone

Update and thanks for your replies:

No word back.

But I have sent this (because of your replies)

Appeal for Bonus Breach – Request for Goodwill Consider

Hi BitStarz Support,

I’ve been notified that my winnings are under review due to a breach of your bonus terms, specifically regarding the maximum bet limit during bonus wagering. I now understand that the limit was $5 per bet, and I mistakenly placed bets over that amount while playing blackjack and other slots.

I’d like to sincerely apologize — I was unaware of this specific rule and had no intention of abusing the bonus. This is my first major win and my first serious experience with an online crypto casino. I now realize I should have read the bonus terms more carefully.

I fully accept responsibility for the mistake, but I kindly ask for your understanding. If possible, I would appreciate if you could consider a partial payout or at least return of my original deposit, as a one-time goodwill gesture for a genuine mistak

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can provide to support this request. I enjoy using BitStarz and would really appreciate the chance to resolve this fairly and continue playing responsibly on your platform.
Thank you

Cant believe you sent them that. No logic at all in doing so.

Unlikely, but you could have slipped through the net and received the winnings.

You've basically tipped the casino off you've abused their bonus terms.

I'd now move on from this as you will be getting nothing from them.

by the way it would be unfair toward other players which break this terms on the same way as you did, when they would pay you. Why you should get payed and other players not?

Still haven’t heard back guys? Any ideas what I should do?
Don’t worry, they are probably just circulating ur message through all the different depts so everyone gets to read it before they put this baby to bed 🤣
I guess I missed the “replies” you refer too, where apparently multiple members here suggested you send such a message? 🤦🏻‍♂️
On a more serious note, did you ever message the Bitstarz rep here on the forums like Max suggested, twice?
I mean, he’s only the Team Lead here for Complaints & Player Arbitration (PAB) with probably more knowledge on dealing with these situations & more connections (especially that particular group) than anyone in the field of dealing with situations such as these.
So unless I missed something, not sure why you are just skipping right past his suggestion, which was one of the first replies to the question you keep asking…
Not sure how much it even matters now though, after that message you sent. I don’t know if I have ever seen someone self-snitch & then White Knight on their own behalf like you did.
Interesting strategy you chose, that’s for sure. I just don’t know if it’s gonna have the effect you were aiming for…😭💸
