Golden bet - withdrawal taking longer than expected

Hi guys me again hopefully you can help. So on Wednesday I withdrew £500 the withdrawal had a Red X allowing me to reverse obviously I didn’t then on Thursday morning at 7am exactly the X vanished and it was stilll saying processing then 50 mins later it said success, it was a sepa payment later in the day the money was in bank… so again I withdrew another £500 on Friday night and the red X was there and disappeared the next morning. So I was hoping by 8am the payment would have went to success but it’s still showing as processing.. anyone ever withdraw on a Friday or over weekend. Once I get this payment I’m not playing again as I seen all the bad reviews

You just need to be patient. Think we have already discussed this one on a previous thread.

In future, I would recommend playing at a UKGC casino. There are many accredited ones on Casinomeister to choose from.

There is no rep for Golden Bet from what I can find. Maybe wait a little longer and some members with experience with this casino will be able to help.

Your next step at the forum is to submit a complaint, but I would give it a little longer before doing that. See if you get any more suggestions.

As @SYPlayer95 said, you really shouldn't be playing at casinos not licensed in the UK if you are from the UK. You will only run into trouble if you are doing this.

I've done 2 withdrawals last night at 10.30pm and 1 this morning at 7am, I've still not had my money yet, is it normally 1 working day? Or can it take up to 5 working days?

In my experience, if you've initiated the withdrawal prior to around 3am UK time then it should come in sometime in the afternoon that same day. They don't process withdrawals on weekends. If you withdraw too late in the morning then you'll need to wait until the next afternoon.

I've never withdrawn more than around £1200 and most of my withdrawals are for around £400-700. According to other players if you try withdraw any significant amount then they simply won't pay you, but I've never had an issue myself with probably a hundred or so withdrawals.
