LV bet deposit delays...

I tried to make a deposit on LV and ended up making 4 duplicate payments as the deposit system had a 3 hour delay in processing the payments. The live chat people told me this happens and can take up to 24 hours to clear?!?!

Why would somebody deposit at an online casino to wait 24 hours to play. Its typically a there and then type of deal (atleast in my case).

After these 4 duplicate payments started completing after 3 hours I asked support to refund me and I was told deposits need to be wagered 1x. I wasn't happy and emailed them asking for a refund but decided to play with the money instead. I manged to maintain the balance and made a withdrawal which cost me 5 euros (should be free) .

Not happy at all so far as those deposit delays are either a sneaky tactic to get you to deposit and lose more than you intend to or a fault on your end which you should have resolved when I reached out.

I've also been waiting over 48 hours for my first withdrawal to my PayPal my account is verified. So much for fast withdrawals.

Their payout speed is awful - especially for e-wallets. I've been waiting 4 days now. Won't be using them again in the future

Withdrew 4 days ago. Last night was emailed to say the withdrawal was “cancelled” (same card I use across 20 sites with instant payments etc) and was asked to make a bank transfer). Requested this and now apparently their own self imposed 3 day clock starts again ??. Rep doesn’t seem to be around. Lots of player complaints but somehow this place is still held in high regard here.
