It's been 24 hours and OJO still haven't processed the withdrawal.
Normally they are usually really quick, I don't understand why it's taking so long?

The size of the withdrawal - once you get beyond a certain threshold, say £500, you start to clock up additional checks that need to be performed. These may be transparent to the user (e.g. finance doing a manual review) or may require user intervention (e.g. identity documents for customer due diligence).

This isn't specific to PlayOJO, but happens across the board - for UKGC-regulated sites, a £2700 withdrawal will almost never be as fast as a £27 or £270 one.

If the rep hadn't posted, I would have highlighted these are normally dealt with during office hours - so realistically you would have been looking at Monday. That they've already processed the withdrawal on Sunday afternoon is a positive result...
