Hi need to get hold of Eko but won't accept direct message.
Hi please can you help me you . I made a withdrawal over 24 hours ago with PlayOjo. Am all verified but received an email this morning asking for proof of additional funds. I don't have any additional funds and have been trying to contact them all day and all I get is it will be processed soon but clearly hasn't been. I have made several withdrawals previously without issue.if you can help/find out any information for me it would be more than appreciated

I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal from PlayOJO and reached out to their representative at @EGO, but I still haven’t received a response. It’s been around 24 hours since I requested the withdrawal and about 12 hours since I contacted the representative.

I don’t understand why PlayOJO makes the withdrawal process so difficult, especially when it’s so hard to get a live agent through the chat. It’s a shame because this affects their rating unnecessarily, even though they eventually pay out. Makes me wonder if there’s an issue with their funds or something 😜.

I made my with £4500 and im a but worried after reading this review will I receive it its been hours since i made withdrawal didn’t receive any updates yet also tried to contact EGO but no response yet
