I withdrew £1000 my 1st withdrawal at 7pm yesterday...it says player pending , no information of what I have to do or upload , as I'm already verified. Absolutely gutted as I wanted to use it for my dad's birthday today. Method was instant bank transfer to deposit and withdraw

I'm in the same boat. Verified already. Years ago. Faster Payment deposit and the same was used for the withdrawal.

It says 4hrs and then it will show up immediately on my end. But it's stuck in pending. I really don't know why, it's going to the same account it came from in my name at the same address etc etc.

I've just joined so I'll do that now. Looks like he prefers 24hr notice. I thought playojo was a big casino. I didn't think it was going thru teething stages
