Playojo Withdrawal, how long does it take?

Hi all. So yesterday I joined playojo and had a win so withdrew it.
This is my 1st withdrawal but it's still pending?
I deposited using faster payments.
Does anyone know how long this takes please?
I have tried to go on to the add documents part but it says I don't need to add anything and there is no link to do so anyway.
Amy advice/help.woild.be appreciated

First thing to note is that it is the weekend and these things always move slower then. Casino people have weekends too so minor delays like this are not unreasonable.

That said, to have someone look into your case please contact the PlayOjo rep here on the forums — they are @EGO — via Private Message (PM) with the necessary details for them to look into your case. That should get things settled for you.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue satisfactorily then you can ask us to look into it for you via our Player Arbitration (PAB) service. That process starts here:

So yet again I am nearly 24 hrs waiting for a withdrawal! Same thing happened last week too.i have been verified and my last withdrawal with some within 2 hrs!
Reached out to support (bot) not helpful..says it's pending along with a few other messages then says a manager will look into it int he next hour?
I got some help on here last time and my funds were available within 1hr of messaging.
Any help again would be appreciated

Might be worth while for the rep to have an emergency meeting tomorrow with the management and try and get some weekend staff working, considering it's the busiest days for gambling yet have skeleton staff on duty.
From the amount of people having delayed withdrawals on this forum, it's not looking good for customer satisfaction when most of your competitors payout instantly.

Not sure how much you pay your staff but lets say 480euros for Saturday/Sunday thats under 2000euros per month which isn't much in the scheme of things to keep players satisfied.

Mine has been pending since early hours of the morning usually takes 4 hours but still pending and the chat is virtually impossible I’ve inboxed you my username
