First this is not a complaint against king billy which is a casino that pays out cashouts like clockwork.
I ws playing caribbean poker hold-em when suddenly my balance was decreased by $38. I went and looked at my pay history and discovered there was a game on Pragmatic Play sic bo which I lost right when i was playing caribbean poker. A few minutes the balance was restored and the game history showed i played a game of sic bo that was a push. There are no pushes in sic bo. So definitely there is a problem with pragmatic play platform where they can record you as playing a game you never did.
