PAB in progress Urgent Help Please

Hi, I won over £5300 online and immediately pressed withdrawal. I was fully verified and had deposited from my bank 3 times totalling £1200
When I pressed withdrawal it said it couldn’t process it to my bank. I got in touch with support and told them I had extreme mental health problems of anxiety, stress and depression and they id tried to take my life previously due to this. I also told them I was crying and self harming and needed the refund immediately and the account closed with immediate effect. They kept saying it was impossible unless I got a new bank and IBAN.
I tried many many times to withdraw but they kept saying it was not possible , before I knew it I was having a breakdown and creaming, shouting crying. I ended up on the kitchen floor naked crying my heart out. Before I knew it was pressing the gamble button in a sheer rage and was out of control. I pressed gamble around 700 times and only 2 spins were winnings of anything. The rest all losses without a penny won. I’m now on the highest strength medication and have been assessed at my local psychiatric hospital.
I’ve co texted the casino asking for a full refund of all money lost and think they have been highly negligible to an extremely unwell human.
The case is now on the hands of their compliance officer. How would you approach this issue now?

Hello,

We see you’ve simultaneously filed a PAB with us on this same subject. As you will know from reading the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures that is a violation of those Rules and could well cancel your PAB.

Given the above this thread is locked until the PAB have been cancelled or we’ve completed our work on it.
