Long time lurker in this forum and the info is invaluable at times.
Anywayyyy, I joined video slots (about 3 months ago) due to it receiving decent feedback on here and was happy playing there didn't go overboard with deposits and had a few wins.
Today I put £50 in my account and was locked out of playing immediately until I provided certain documents.
Most of them the usual, apart from wanting a bank statement which I have never given to a casino in the whole time I have been playing at various online casinos.
It is a redline for me, as it is private information that I am not happy handing over to a third party that in the grander scheme of things can prove my ID without it.
I have sent am email to their customer support as their chat function appears to be not working. Stating the above and asking for them to close my account and return my money.
It is the bit that has annoyed me most is letting me make a deposit but not letting me withdraw it without everything except DNA evidence of who I am...
I understand the KYC rules but they should not take your money and then ask for such stuff...they should block you making a payment and the ask, is how I feel would be a more appropriate way to conduct such a thing.
Anyway, is there anything else I can do or any advice to be given in this situation?
