Hey. I wanted to share my experience with wettson.com and Green champions leader S.r.l. And my experience with Anjoun and Egis-Adr. Green champions leader seems to have taken over some casinos formally operated by famougousta BV and Campeonbet and started some themselves. Wettson.com is operated by them and licensed in Anjoun and "licensed" in Costa Rica.
I played for around a 1000 eur at wettson.com contacted their support and asked them to close my account permanently due to gambling addiction. I had already passed Kyc. They told me I had to fill in a form but that they gladly offer me a cash bonus of 80eur if I didn't close it. I took the bonus. Deposited another 1000 afterwards contacted them again and filled in the form with name, address etc and signed it, it had only 30 days as a max for exclusion so I added a box for permanent and signed to document. They told me I could only exclude for 30 days no matter the reason. I made a complaint to Askgamblers, the operator doesn't answer complaints by principle so this was closed. I lodged a complaint to Anjoun and got a confirmation email from Anjoun with a CC to Egis-ADR and green champions leader. Wettson didn't comment on the issue but answered saying their opinion is that I was playing under their Costs Rica 'license" and not their Anjoun one. Neither Egis-adr and Anjoun has provided any answer at all for over a month. I can only imagine that they don't care at all about responsible gambling practices. Wettson still keeps contacting me with vip offers and will not close my account.
