Resolved N1 cancelling my withdrawals and keeps asking for document already provided (multiple times)

I won $1800 CAD on N1 casino where i play frequently. When i tried to withdraw my money i have been getting the run around. They asked for verification documents i have provided multiple times, they continue to ask for same things already provided. I cannot understand why they cancel my withdrawals the only answer i can get is same copy pasted thing asking for all the docs i submitted 5x. When i ask for manager or phone number they say neither is possible. I am getting disheartened this is a sad situation as I really need my winnings to be paid. They take my money no problem but refuse to pay me when i win. Please help me resolve. Thank You

sorry i should mention i have uploaded 3 bank statements/Receipts from my bank showing the e-transfer being received by N1, which was timestamped showing time date and the reference number N1 asked me to use for deposit,

What documents are you submitting? What payment method did you use?
The deposit im requesting my withdrawal for was via etransfer through their website- using their processor BNA smart payments. However they have asked for proof of a different deposit i made with my credit card on Sep 30 as well they proof of last 4 deposits made via prepaid visa card purchased at 711. So far i have provided

1. 2 copies of my drivers license (one pic of card, one of me holding card)
2. 30 day Bank statement (for account used for the e-transfer deposit)
3. confirmation email from my bank( via interac email notification) showing they accepted my e-transfer-(including transaction reference number, time, date and my name)
4. N1 email confirming my e-transfer was deposited
5. screen shots of my account number and name and current balance
6. credit card statements for previous 90 days showing previous deposits to N1 (not related to current withdrawal)
7.BC hydro bill for address verification
8. Pictures of physical prepaid cards used in past 3 months

They keep asking for same thing, i provide again and again and they keep going in circles same question copy pasted-they typically disconnect chat after 45 min of me asking them what else is needed, ive spent 4.5 hours in past 3 days on chat for no result. I have all chat logs to prove my situation is really this bad with them .

I believe that messaging is limited for new registrations. I see you just signed on a couple days ago so that's likely the restriction you've run into.

I believe that messaging is limited for new registrations. I see you just signed on a couple days ago so that's likely the restriction you've run into.

Unfortunately even after talking to @N1PartnersGroup @N1 Partners Group
And uploading the requested documentation (this time more pictures of my prepaid credit cards) the uploaded images were "disapproved" with the explanation the pictures weren't enough i needed statements from my credit card company and Bank. These are single use disposable cards you purchase at 7-Eleven I've explained that about 70 times now and provided images of the cards three times I don't know what else to do I guess I will have to proceed with filing a dispute. I've provided more personal information/ documentation to the casino that I've had to for my own passport application...

Sorry card has been used so wasn't too worried about it. I've submitted via pm to @N1 Partners Group @N1PartnersGroup before and via my profile on their website also. They seem to ignore everything I've provided and continue to ask for it. interestingly, after they made the statement about not requesting further documentation, I tried to withdraw and was requested to send more documentation and it was canceled.

Yeah it's pretty bad when you've provided more things to a casino than you have to your own government passport office still no results from casino but the passport office felt I verified myself enough to provide me a passport... If it's enough for the government to provide identification it should definitely be enough to withdraw @N1 Partners Group
 
Casinos are only as reputable up to the point they're not, and the fact that they're making such a hoo-ha about a simple card photo - sent numerous times - strikes me as falling in to the old 'delaying tactics' pile.

Why would a customer who's already played there for years and who's well-known to them suddenly be put through the wringer like that? Why go to all that effort time and again?

It's those kind of customer/ casino relations that show why casinos are becoming more reviled by the minute, when a simple bit of common sense and discretion would do.

Vaguely heard of N1 casinos and their group, couldn't give a monkey's about their reputation. I've seen all I need to see :laugh:

High time that casinos were forced to make all the required checks at deposit time,they would hate to do it but can you imagine players being forced to submit all the stuff listed in this case to permit depositing, Logically it is the correct time to do it and once the funds
have been accepted, there would be absolutely no reason or justification to withhold withdrawals.

Adding insult to injury I received an email congratulating me on my win from the VIP manager. It said she was so happy to help me with any issues I may have like are they serious? That's not insulting in the least...

Does anyone know what happens if I close my account because I am so sick of this place I just want my money I won fair and square. If I close the account while this is still in there will they keep the funds or try to prevent me from getting them based on the fact that I won't have access to the account anymore?

You have the option the lock/flush withdrawal. That could be handy option until you receive your cash-out.

Perhaps I have missed something but I've gotta ask: is there some reason you didn't file a PAB on this as I invited you to? My contacts there are very pro-active and we're usually able to get player issues resolved within a few days. As you like of course but seems to me you're going through a lot of agro for no obvious reason.

- Maybe i misunderstood process,.but thought i had to wait 10 days from time i contacted them for their response before filing one?

Fair point. As it happens I would have waived that requirement given N1's usually cooperative nature on complaints, but there you go.

What a sticky situation you are in. I used to play on N1 a lot a year or so ago, but then the amount of slots I could play dropped and some providers have left us since I am in the province of Ontario. Recently as of a few weeks ago, I got lucky on some no-deposit spins and tried to cash out. They asked for updated docs ( wanted to know info on my last deposit by etransfer I sent them which was months ago since it has been awhile before I won and cashed out). That took a bit of time and I was able to cash out, but the story isn't over.

Then a few days later, I decided to do one last deposit and I got lucky with it. I attempted to cash out and I got hit with a basic "Source of Wealth" form. When it hits this point, I am done with sites. Since I didn't have to sent anything in, I filled it out and thankfully, got my cashout.

Now, I am at the point where I no longer will play there since issues will keep happening and it isn't worth it anymore. Found other sites that don't make a huge fuss about this crap.

We asked the question, @Jillyjillz: do you have any supporting documentation for this virtual card, since it is difficult for us to accept just a picture on a blue background, where the amount and the name are written. Do you have a statement? Confirmation of payment? We just would like to have an answer to this important question.

you're saying I don't have any immense funds in my account? are you joking me what a unprofessional way to speak to a customer if $1,800 doesn't matter to you that's fine but I'd like it paid so I never have to deal with you again. Making fun of your customers by mocking the balance in their accounts that you refuse to give them is hardly a way to conduct business.
 
I'm sure this is a language barrier, and with saying, "This player doesn't even have immense funds on balance." They meant that this was an insignificant amount of money for them to pay out. However, N1 apparently is turning into Casumo #2.
Your dealing with players, language isn't the issue, more like dealing with payment is though)))

Hope you get it soon. I’ve withdrawn amounts that are way larger than this and they were processed in 5-10 mins. It’s just arbitrary behaviour from them and definitely not even necessary considering they literally said that you do not need to provide any more documents

These virtual payment methods do cause a lot of trouble when trying to get verified. Bitstarz gave me a headache for 8 days for my Astropay. Mr Vegas 7 days plus I took one month break from playing there and another one week to get my Astropay verification. Skrill, neteller and other e wallets have a profile page and transaction page where everything is organized and cleary visible and verification ends up in under hours.
