I've recently signed up to 32vegas, half expecting problems but also encouraged by some positive reports i've seen. I opted for the 320% bonus, the terms of which are clearly displayed on the website:

Bets placed in the games of Blackjack (all varieties of Blackjack including Pontoon), Roulette (all varieties of Roulette), Baccarat (all varieties of Baccarat), Craps or SicBo (all varieties of Craps and SicBo), and Casino War do not fulfill players obligations with regards to the minimum wagering requirements.

Also 18*deposit+bonus for me depositing in and from the UK.

Deposited 200, expecting a 640 bonus as this is what the welcome email said. Received 320 as per the website. No big deal.

I wagered quite a bit more than the WR all on Aces & Faces, including VP doubling and managed to increase my balance to just under 2000. However, i've had three emails from them now insisting that VP doesn't count towards the WR - despite me pointing out what their website says. They claim:

Phew! :eek2:

And also,

However, as per the casino policy every bonuses a player received comes with a different terms of use. This information will not be listed on the website because they are different first deposit bonuses.

Right... :what:

Now i'm a bit stuck. I have a feeling they won't pay me if I do the WR again on an "allowed" :what: games, since I won so much on VP. Is it worth me submitting all the info with PAB? I don't want to waste anyones time here.

Definately PAB. They have no right to have "hidden" terms listed nowhere on the website; as well as not disclosed to the player.

Just for safety's sake, take a screenshot of the webpage that lists allowed/disallowed games for that particular bonus. That way they can't go and change it real quick on you.

Well, they are very dodgy.

I have a similar problem with them, though it started about a week ago.
I did get the 320% bonus and at the time Casino War was allowed according to their T&C's. So I met the WR and requested a cash-out.
It was denied and they said I didn't meet the WR because War was not allowed.
What happened was that hey changed it a day or so after I deposited and played War. In the correspondence I started I'm getting the run around.

I am one of several players to whom this happened, some have been payed and some haven't.

this casino is part of crown "we're sh!t at maths" solutions, most famously owners of joyland "you want paying ?, go f@ck yourself" casino.

why do i get feeling, that there is going to be more complaints about this ?

no doubt the old "weve been hit by bonus hunters" line will come out again, fair enough if you have, but as they should have learnt by now, if they come up with an offer where they havn't fully thought it through, they need to honour it and learn by their mistake.

They did the exact same thing to me. I played Aces and Faces which are allowed according to the terms on the website. They wrote me the same email as quoted in the first post telling me that the terms actually arent on the site. How can they honestly hold people to terms that are no where to be found on the site??

HELP!

Ok so I signed up for this place and first I checked to make sure it wasn't on CMs list -- it wasn't but now I know it's a Joyland site (which I didn't know at time of signup).

I signed up about 2 days before they changed their terms and got a 320% bonus on $200 for a total of $840 in my account.

I took screenshots of their terms and conditions on both July 2 (day I signed up) and early in the day July 3.

I spoke to a live chat person who told me Casino War is playable for the bonus. I forgot to take a Screenshot of this convo, but I asked for transcripts by phone/e-mail and was told NO or ignored several times.

After clearing the bonus using Casino War (deposited July 2 and cleared on July 2-3) I tried to cashout and got an e-mail several days later saying I played a game that wasn't allowed.

I've been getting the run around about my money ever since and they keep telling me someone will get back to me blah blah blah.

I already filed with Playtech... no response yet.

I know lots of people have been getting paid, but I for some reason have yet to get my money.

I also have an e-mail from them telling me which games are excluded and Casino War is not listed.

Do I pitch-a-bitch or start a new thread or just try to clear it on a new game?

I feel like I have no one to turn to besides CM.

Update:

I've received an email from "Roger" at 32vegas, apologising for the error and confirming that VP is allowed.

After reviewing this matter , it was noted that based on your registration details, video poker is allowed for wagering . This confusion came about as a result of an alternative form of registration of currency which excluded video poker. At this time, I would like to confirm that this mishap has been fully rectified for which you should have no further problems.

I've submitted a withdrawal request and will report back when my neteller account is credited (presumably next week due to the 4 day rule).

If this is the end of the matter for me, i'll be reasonably impressed with this place!

I would steer well clear of 32Vegas fullstop.

I would PAB and resist from playing out any of your balance, until Bryan has had a look into it.
What does PAB mean?

I contacted them again today and spoke with Floor Manager Peter (or so he said) and every time I had a good argument he came up with a different reason for not meeting the wr. Contacted Playtech and now I'm waiting to see what happens...

Welcome to the forum, zanka. PAB means Pitch a Bitch and that means lodging your complaint with the casinomeister who will usually take up the case with the casino. You can know more about this at the PAB Section.

Should I PAB or start a new thread if I'm having problems with the 32Vegas offer? The starter of this thread had his problem resolved

Hi MCR11,

Frankly, I would do neither. Starting a new thread would worsen things as the casino would not be given a chance to rectify the problem. Normally, what you should do first is to send a Private Message (PM) to the casino rep listed in the casino contacts section. However, there doesnt seem to be one for 32 Vegas so I suggest you send a PM to liquuid fusion and ask whether he can give you the e-mail address of Roger who seems to have solved the problem for him. If nothing comes out of it, you could then PAB which should only be used as a last resort. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. I read through the site carefully prior to posting this, so I already contacted Playtech and have gone through NUMEROUS emails with them. All of their emails keep saying the same thing "we'll get back to you." The problem is they started by saying "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours" and then moving it up each time "we'll get back to you once the weekend ends and management is in" and now it's "we'll get back to you by friday."

Also, the Roger guy is just one of the support staff from what I understood. I get an e-mail from a new person each time.

Crossing my fingers I hear something soon.

A bit of additional background concerning 32Vegas. The affiliate program which promotes them is CasinoPays, which also have the likes of Monaco Gold & Club Dice amongst their portfolio.

From an affiliate take on CasinoPays, they tend to promise the earth to get webmasters to promote them, offering ridiculous advances to get you to the table to negotiate. I know this first hand, after being approached by them last week.

The approach was kindly declined and rebuffed, as there is only ever going to be one 32 on my sites and that is RED.

At the moment on CAP there are a few posts concerning Casino Pays which are as a result causing disquiet about them. Mainly this concerns webmaster having their percentage cut to 20%, which is I believe not even mentioned in their Terms and Conditions.

I think we should rogue this group of casinos until they can improve on their promotion terms and withdraw time table. This should fix a number of the problems. I wouldnt deposit there because of bad reputations in the past and present. We as players must be a union and go after this casinos for such practice. Even if you get a promotion offer email from them...delete it and dont even open it.

All of these casino owners are multi-millionaires and they have the $$$ to pay. It makes no sense to hold onto winnings and forfeit because of silly terms. How in the hell can they tell you not to play this game or that game because you used a bonus? We have our on money tied up also. I they don't want to pay you because it was rules. I say fug that! Let come together players and make them BOW DOWN!!!

Just liked I expected... even though live chat girl told me to expect a response by friday "at the latest," I got nothing. I just submitted my very first (and hopefully last) PAB. To be honest, I'm super tempted to play some of the money in the account. It's just so nervewracking for me to have a bunch of money sitting there and me not knowing if I'll ever see it. I almost worry that if I PAB and try to drag this out, I'll never see any of it because they'll take away the bonus and still make me do the WR if CM can't convince them they're blatantly wrong.

Basically, I'm just worried I'll never see my money if I don't re-meet the wagering requirements playing another game for $10,080 worth of wagers.

My withdrawal has now been returned to my account for the 2nd time...

Despite having confirmation from both the casino and playtech disputes that I will be paid.

How did you get a playtech response? I have a tracking number, but no answer.

Had a positive email this afternoon for a change!

It's just so annoying because I have to wait 4 days now until the reverse withdrawal period is up, and then i'm sure they'll just reverse it into my account again!

I received a reply from Playtech:

Dear Sander,

Thank you for contacting Playtech and taking the time to fill in our player inquiry form.
I have forwarded your complaint to my contact person at 32Vegas and they have assured me that you will get the money, since as you wrote, Casino war was not excluded in the time you played this game.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Yesterday I send 32 Vegas a scan of my ID and a copy of a utility bill, so they can't refuse a withdrawal on account of that. Next I send them an email including the above e-mail from Playtech. I told them I would wait a day to withdraw my money so they had time to compare the account info I send them (ID etc.).
Today I requested the withdraw, now wait and see what happens... :eek2:

*sigh*

Just got an e-mail saying I did not meet the wagering requirements and that I can't cashout.

I just forwarded them the original e-mail which says I can cashout, and I bet they still deny this one.

CM... you should warn them not to mess around with player cashouts after they approve the cashouts... it' just not fair to us.

Withdrawal

I wish you the best with your withdrawal, and don't see how they can deny you after the email. I admire your perserverance. But it's too bad that this is happening. Makes playing not as much fun as before, at least for me.:o

I couldn't agree more. I've had such a headache with these guys and it's killed a lot of my enjoyment with the online casino industry. Now every place I signup I'm feeling really anxious and nervous about my money....... I wish I could just signup and not get hassled so much.

One casino I've been giving my action to now is Mansion.... IT"S INCREDIBLE and SUPER FAST and the CS are so knowledgable and professional.

There'll always be places like 32Vegas and it sucks.

So now a distinction is made. 32RED is rouge and 32Vegas is rogue.

32Vegas is the worst kind of rouge --- they give ya hope and then snatch it away.

I sent them an e-mail saying they approved my cashout by e-mail and now they said they'll get back to me.... let's wait another 3 weeks for them to figure out how to think.

Ok, I'm ready to play their game again... I e-mailed them and they said I can withdraw.... what's the over/under on how long I have to wait to actually get this money (I'm assuming they'll keep messing with me)

This places need to be rouge-warned for deceiving withdrawls and delaying cashouts

A pleasant good day to you. This is Annieka with the Support Team. Thank you for contacting 32 Vegas.

I am happy to assist you. In reply to your most recent email, please note that your withdrawal request was decline since you need to wager $9360 in allowed games for the first deposit bonus.

We at the casino would like to thank you for contacting us, do have a wonderful day.

For the 3rd time.

I quickly glanced at this topic and thought it was about 32Red

On closer inspection I realised it wasn't.

The one BIG reason I don't hold any faith nor trust in thirty two Vegas. It's obvious they've used 32Red's good name and are trying to ride on the shirt tails of their name & integrity.

I'm sure more than a few players have been stung on this one.

Subjective criticism

This casino ought to be avoided.

Any casino that mimics the unique and good name of another is not kosher in my opinion. There are specific reasons why 32Red is named what it is:

https://sussexmskpartnershipeast.com/casino-awards/year-2002/

I think 32Vegas' name is in bad taste.

Unless 32Vegas has an outstanding reason for this name - I'd steer away from them
