The casino was (at the time) licensed in Anjouan. The player claimed the casino had promised that they accepted UK players and would pay them, but no proof was provided. The bottom line was the player wanted their deposits back and the casino refused. The player refused to accept that as a response and kept trying to tell us their interpretation of the legalities of the casino’s Terms. Such matters are and always have been beyond the scope of the PAB Service: case closed.
