BetMGM account locked after withdrawal

Hello. I’m hoping someone can help! I opened an account with betMGM about 2 months ago made numerous deposits and withdrawals no issues. The 4 days ago I made a withdrawal for £380 (not much) but still! I had 3 separate emails requesting ID which I submitted I have heard nothing since! I’ve chatted to live chat a few times and they are very unhelpful just saying your account is under review and unable to give me a timescale just to wait for an email! I feel I am being treated unfairly!! Has anyone experienced this? I still cannot access my account and am getting nowhere.

Yes but they permanently closed my account
I won 3000 on 27th october, saying there been a problem with it, i have screenshots of the winnings, only just wednesday they got intouch , ive had to send ID off to them im just wondering if anyone else has been in this position , feel completely stressed.
How long did it take for your winnings to come though?

After loads of emails and live chats, I emailed their complaints department and I got the funds within 2 hours! Have you emailed them?
 
i’ve emailed them, gone through complaints they sent some log in to send my details off to on wednesday for verification not heard since !!! feel so mad

Hi, think I have already responded to this but it took some time like a couple of weeks and when I emailed their complaints I got a response within 24 hours and my withdrawal processed. They requested documents then advised my account was under review, heard nothing for ages then they said my account was permanently closed due to playing in bad faith no idea what that meant as I played as I usually would on any betting site!! Outrageous. So I was so angry I emailed complaints and basically said if they didn’t process with my withdrawal i would lodge a complaint to gaming commission.
 
@caraporter24 , please see post #2 in this thread ( ⬆️ ). We can probably help you once you give us the necessary details in the PAB (Player Arbitration) Ticket.
