Big Win at Bethard - now Account locked.

I deposited 230,-- EUR without any Bonus to my Bethard-Account (with online banking) - and i dont play in any sister casino of Bethard.

I played mostly Slots and built it up to over 1K.
Then i had a marvelous run at Dreamcatcher & Immersive Roulette.
Final balance: 8.000,-- EUR - yipiehhhhhh!!!!! - I withrawled it by Trustly Bank Transfer.

It then took me a day to get verified. I sent them everything they wanted. Even a photo showing my Face and my ID. They didnt ask for that at first place. - Well - In the evening i got a mail that my Account was verified and future payments a matter of "minutes" ;-)

This morning i tried to lock into my account. - "This account is locked - contact support"
Support then told me, that my account is under a random review and the withdrawl will not be processed within the next 48hours. The 48hours start now.

Do they really have the right to do so? Don´t you think this is really unfair?

I play very regularly on different platforms. So i dont have to mention that these 8K are really important for me. What to do now?

I'm not familiar with the casino - i see theres several issues throughout the forum you might be interested in looking at.

The bethard casinos are very good in my opinion and really big here in Seeden so I am sure you will get paid if everything is fine with your account.

Meanwhile the Account is enabled again. They also did a phone-verification.

In livechat they told me, that the already Initiated my withdrawl but Need to wait now 1-5 bankdays for the confirmation of "Sofort" regarding my Deposit.

The Deposit was deducted instantly from my Bank-Account. So this should be a formal.

After tons of Chats, untrustworthy reasons why the payment wasnt processed, a locked Account, a super hard Verification and my threats With MGA complaint, they processed my winnings. As i used Trustly it was in my bank Account Very fast.

Finally i have to admit, they paid me, but isn't that just normal? I sometimes wonder Why we gamblers sometimes rate a Service Good, just because it does What it absolutely must do.

My feelings: I can't recommend Bethard. A Reverse Time of 100 hours + is just Not trustworthy. I will Not Play there anymore.

Hi, I found this via the search here. You can be lucky, because you finally received your money. I am still waiting since 10th of December. I did both, deposit and withdrawal on this day but since then I got no money
