Hi so the first problem has been shown , joined today sent in id docs speaking with cs as we speak, only need so send in on withdrawal , so im trying to get approved before any withdrawals, this way i know im not going to run into problems ,but it seems that you guys do not approve anything or send out any e mails to state the account has been approved, this is something you need to look at , you have a player who is sending in ID docs before any payments are made , surely you can have the account verified before any payments are made & let the customer know there account has been verified by e mail ??????

Hello Sami. I suggest that you relay this information to your live chat representatives because last night I was told that there was no way of using my old/usual email address in order to resign up. I had to use a never used email address in order to do so which means I will never get to read of any email messages from Casinoheroes due to never logging in to the new email address. You will lose custom if they continue to give out this information.
 
Where are the MGS games?

They were there before this relaunch. The Microgaming logo is on the homepage, and several titles are mentioned in the welcome bonus T&C.
So I didn't think to double check, before depositing.


Even, of the games which are listed, some won't load and just give this error

Yep, I had the same issues, games not playing and 'free spins' simply disappearing or not being credited if the game did load up.
 
I haven't signed up (yet...) but looking at the site, the rewards system seems unnecessarily convoluted. Who wants to fight a boss? Keep it simple....
It can be very annoying. Because, in order to maximise your 'earning' ability. Once you've filled the progress bar, you have to interrupt what your playing, and do the fight.
You can't just keep playing and have the fights stack up, to play, when convenient.

I shouldn't worry about it too much. The few freespins you might 'earn' from a deposit, are deleted if you make a withdrawal anyway.
Even though you've supposedly earned them from wagering.

Hi aceking123, we do not actively request documents from users upon registration, only if automatic first deposit verification fails or when 2K deposits/withdrawals total has been reached. But if a customer wants to send in documents prior to this, we will of course accept that and inform our customers accordingly when documents and account is verified. We would need to look in to your case separately if something has gone wrong in your case. Appreciate the feedback of course!

It was still open in December as I checked if you had a Calendar promotion.

We have a few bugs at the moment that we are working on and that will be solved soon. These include the mentioned missing Microgaming games, and some other games that are not available in logged out mode but should be available when logged in as Jack and the Beanstalk and a few more.

We also note the feedback regarding the free spins and are working to have all this sorted asap to give you a complete player experience.

i have already spoken with live chat this morning John your CS rep said he would pass them onto payments.security , i did get a e mail from him , to say he sent them over , but as for being approved this has not been sorted as of yet.
 

Those games such as JATBS, don't appear in the list of slots, when logged out.
They do appear in the list as available when logged in. But they DO NOT load, they just give the error message.


If you've got bugs like this, and a HUGE bug like all the MGS games missing. Why are you making such a big thing here about now accepting UK players ?

You might now be able to legitimately allow UK players to play. But your site isn't ready for it. So save the big announcements until the bugs are sorted and it is ready.

Considering the RTP settings are the lower ones I would avoid play n go on there anyway :(

It would be nice for a casino to make sure everything is working, BEFORE posting on here, inviting people to sign up, and deposit their money.
It's an established site, which has just got a new license. everything should be working.

You can't be expected to go through all the games, you think you might want to play, to see if they're actually working, before you deposit.

And the reason I was expecting MGS games to be there, was that up until a matter of weeks ago. I'd always been able to play at Casino Heros, as a UK player, so knew they had MGS games.

There are plenty of threads in the forum, pointing out, certain casino's which don't have a UKGC license. but still, 'illegally' allow UK players to play.
Casino Heroes NEVER stopped UK players from playing, after the UKGC licenses came into force back in 2015, or whenever it was

Thanks for your comment here, we are not allowed to show Jack and the Beanstalk logged out due to its "childish" graphics so this is the reason why it is not seen then. Logged in the game works just fine here, tried it a minute ago. Can you perhaps send a sceenshot to [email protected] and we can see why it is not working for you?

yes, they're working now. but they weren't working last night, or a few hours ago when I tried them again. So whatever has been changed, has worked.
Not that it's any use to me now

If you're taking a bonus with merely 20xD+B or 40xB wagering and playing slots of 94.5% you're far more likely to convert it than by having them at 96.5% and a wagering say of 35x D+B. It's all swings and roundabouts, although admittedly as I'm usually a cash player I'd look elsewhere to specifically play the PnG games knowing that. It's quite unusual for UK-facing sites to offer less than the factory default RTP though, they normally keep that sort of thing to the Danes or Germans lol...

Bad points your system has a fair amount of bugs in it , firstly the game timer of me playing telling me ive played 16 mins, 40, mins 20mins & so fourth & on & on & on , came up that many times i wanted to punch it !

Screen goes blue almost like im copying the whole page ???

Challenge fights although i did loads of them , i really do not see the point to have them all wiped out by making a withdrawal , i made a withdrawal purely to get away from the site & report some of my findings , i did get a sms message with the code & stuff , id docs was done but had taken most of the day.

Had to log out several times due to sticking page going round & round & round.

Could not see at any point what wagering i had done ( checked many times doesnt work ) it was still at the same as i started £4000 although clearly i had been playing loads.

although i did see some MG games on page again ( already pointed out ) they dont work.

Home page link is still not filled in properly for uk links i had to use the middle one & not the one for uk , so this needs looking at.

Hope your withdrawals are fast because im waiting on mine )

Overall lots & lots of teething problems which need to be looked at , other than this its not a bad set up , you need to look at this wiping out of rewards though , seems other casinos example ( Rizk) you can build these up & if you get a withdrawal it does not affect it.

Well when I spotted this thread I kind of got excited as I am currently seeking new places to play....

But in this case the 40xB only kicks in, once you've used your cash.

On a £50 deposit +£50 bonus at 35x D+B that would be £3500 wagering but on a starting balance of £100 35x balance @96.5%
On a £50 deposit +£50 bonus at 40x B that would be £2000 wagering but on a starting balance of only £50 40x balance @94.5%

And other UK sites with the lower settings include ALL Global Aspire sites, it's not as unusual as it used to be

Realise you're the Admin and can do and say as you like. But your post is embarrassing and childish at best, several casinos doing the BFF seem to have just been chucked in without any sort of check or feedback. Yet when people do provide feedback which isn't positive you post sarcastic content?

Some of the issues about games not working is very important to players, so I for one am glad it was posted and the criticism is fair that has been given. When I did try and sign up it said I had a account already, given I'm in the UK does that mean they have been letting me player without a UK license? Is this not a important issue for you?

Or simply a case of firing off micky mouse sites to get accredited as more and more large sites begin to ignore making a effort on here. Thats my opinion, not that it means anything.

Heroes aren't a 'Micky Mouse' site, but they left the UK market back in April 2015 or 16 (whichever) when the UK License became obligatory. So did Slotsmillion and Lucky Dino which were (and are) also decent casinos. They've taken a breather and decided later that the extra effort is worthwhile for our market and returned by going through the licensing process. They're a good lot and will get it right shortly, and our feedback is essential to them in this process.

If you really want to see a site that puts quantity ahead of quality and will take income from any old shite with little discrimination, then go see A*k G*mblers.....
