CasinoCasino Withdrawal Questionable Malfunction

So this is not the first time this has happened to me at CasinoCasino, made a withdrawal, was in pending for about a day, I reversed and doubled my withdrawal to approx 3k, I go to process a new w/d and the page that you inout the amount and your password just stays, timer circle never goes away and it wont go to the processed page.

I speak with live chat and they give me the old clear your cache, cookies and stuff, so I do to no avail, I try 3 different browsers and mobile, does nothing.

Very questionable......

my one WD experience with CasinoCasino was for 1k - support was completely clueless for help (another member had a similar-ish experience but I'd thought perhaps they sorted the issues.
I spunked my 1k - congrats on doubling yours up; hope it gets sorted

I have barely played at this casino in the last couple years because of this happening, I can assure that will now continue when this is over, some things you can question and others are not questionable, not being able to withdrawal is one of them, awfully funny that C/S couldn't manually process a w/d.

Mine was as simple as 'what numbers go in which fields'
But Jan's pretty active so I'm sure he'll help and take advice/comments on board so be sure to pm (and keep members apprised)
 
I noticed this thread earlier and hoped it wouldn't happen to me and... I am in the same boat now. I don't play here often, but most of the time, I don't have any issues in doing withdrawals... Until now! GRRRRRRR! Hopefully, the site will return to normal soon.

As terrible as its sounds I am glad I am not alone.

Just the day im traveling, did you contact support and is your account fully verified? Drop me your username by pm and withdrawal will be done. Ill have a look at the problem in 1 hour
 
just a off topic question, is it a bank holiday where you are today?

Just became godfather, so had to visit the little kid in Holland :)

I think i located the account of topic starter and put in the full balance as a withdrawal, coordinating now with payments team the withdrawal goes through.

I asked support a question and they told me they couldn't answer because it is a bank holiday there today (understandable if it is as it wasn't a normal question).

Always nice to make a withdrawal. Etransfer should be without any fees, a bank wire usually has an incoming foreign wire fee, and sometimes a fee from an intermeditary bank/processor as well. If I end up paying more than $15 for a wire, I never go back and play again. Let us know how long things take to receive.

Any kind of contest is always good with me, but maybe Jan could help sponsor something with a free spin on DOA or DOA2, and have a screenshot contest for the best win. Usual rules re: postings and length of CM membership. I know I don't have a CasinoCasino account, but a great withdrawal method for Canadians always gets my attention.

We have already processed the payment from our end, it's done. The reason you haven't received it yet is to do with Interac not sending you the SMS or email, we cannot send this for you as it doesn't come from us.

I have spoken with the payments team and they have said that you will need to contact the payment provider, as they are the ones that send the SMS/Email - and as you haven't received it yet this is why its taking a while to go through.

Have you checked your spam? I know I sent one to a friend for a trip she booked by credit card, and that is where it landed, despite not being the first one I'd sent her. I trust you have checked your bank account. While I've not used it myself, I know there is now an option to send one without a pick-up password, directly to someone's account. Some businesses now are using this as an option for payments.

So I had to ban your account, and make sure all profits since the last deposit that was still in your account are being processed accordingly.

You've made a tiny mistake with the initial bank transfer withdrawal, our payments team fixed that for your, so they declined the withdrawal, fixed bank details and requested that one again.

Also your remaining balance was put in a withdrawal and is authorized. So at least you cant lose anything from the profits you gained, that was my first worry !

Now, the initial withdrawal from interac - the problem is a bit out of our scope. When we process you should receive a SMS and email with instruction to accept the incoming payment. What goes wrong there we don't know and that's not something we can easily influence on a Saturday. This issue will for sure resolve, but can't be picked up from monday onwards.

The remaining 2 withdrawals by bank are locked and you cant touch them nor see them. They will be processed on Monday and is a manual transfer from our bank account directly to yours, that goes fine for sure!

Monday we pick up further with interac, and the 3 withdrawals are hitting your account mid - and late next week. There was a mention about costs when receiving bank transfers, if thats the case, provide some proof and ill sort it for you... The kind guy I sometimes try to be :)

Now if you want to continue to play, I'm not going to cancel/reverse withdrawals. You can make a deposit :)

Awesome to read someone actually preventing a player to loose entire balance then process and lock it.

Reading this will make me concider casinos jan represent. Rarely that casino put any thoughts into customers like this

I was suprised by the gesture honestly. Just to be clear, I deposited 28$ and was ready to lose it in 5 minutes. When I gamble, it's an ammount I don't care burning in an instant while enjoying the possibility of a nice win. There is a reason I only play on bet365 usually. They flush my withdrawals, there is no maximum ammount and it's impossible to reverse.

Today was the most insane session of my entire life and my biggest total cashout from one deposit. 28$ to 15 000$ approx. Ok as you may already know, at one point I had 10k pending withdrawals and almost a 60k balance. I know this is insane but that's how I play. High variance maniac mode until I am rich .

If you are saying to yourself, wow 60k and still playing? You are the type of player that deposit 28$ and cashout at 400$ or maybe 1000$ once on a while. I am too, unless I can reverse and can't withdraw because of the 5k max cashout per day. I usually avoid these types of rules because I know I will never stop. This time I never reversed my first two withdrawals.. but played a balance of 5k to 60k... to 5k.... to 60k... to 5k..... When I think about it, it's 100% retarded but damn that was intense. I risked 28$ to reach the sky... but I only made 3 months salary intead of a year :)

I am still waiting for gigadat to process the first withdrawal by etransfer. Fellow canadians, don't do it. It's a slow process and nobody can help and/or process the damn transfer lol.

Let's be honest here. I am little bit intense in my perseverance to make a million with.28$

But.that is not the point.. I was hard on gigadat while they were in the.process of sending me the most beautiful email I ever saw.

Ok they were really slow. We'll on my mind they were.
The problem here : nobody considered tne reality of the person in it with them.

If I.had more clear info during the process, no.panic or way. Less.

Casinos should give more info to the player because if they compare with what they know : a transfer by email that takes 3 minutes?? Nope

So as L&L once told me. You will get your money mate. And I did. with.no fees at all! A first for a 5k transfer lf you dont care to wait and are a.normal person , very.good withdraw option! Free :)
