I have some queries / concerns for the rep, I notice there is no rep to contact, I was under the impression that there had to be an active rep on here.

All the reps listed have dormant accounts.

I believe it's enough if the group have a rep that can deal with our issues.

It has been that earlier. Casinoeuro had the best contest of all year in here in the beginning of 2018, but I think both them and other casinos in that group don't think it's worth the trouble to stay active here sadly.

Not been active since Nov 26th. Before that I reported they had not been active for about a month. Then they popped in and popped out again. Would seem they see little value in being here either unfortunately.

Yes some issues need addressing.
I submitted a large cashout which was still pending for 24 hours so I reversed it and made it larger.

I received a responsible gambling email to which I replied, I am well aware of all limits / deposits etc.
I suggested there should be a lock facility like other casinos have so you dont play your money back and no long pending withdrawl process.

In this day and age pending withdrawals should be abolished.

I had a cashout from paddypower for over £6k it was processed in 5 minutes from submitting.

I never received a reply from casinoeuro re there policies, in the past they have been pretty prompt but I havent played there in a while so
maybe things have changed.
