Yes, Casino Room should be safe and worth a try. They have a wide selection of games from different suppliers including NetEnt, Microgaming and Betsoft. 24/7 CS with live chat, Skype, Telephone etc.

But I have not cashed out there!
 
long time ago pokerroom and casinoroom was in same group i remember, but after pokerroom shut down(they are opening again) they sold the casinoroom.com.

I've tried the new casinoroom and has made a withdraw there and it went pretty fast, after verification, but it took some time to verify.

they are very responsive to emails too. but this was 1year ago, so i dont know how they are now. good luck!
 
My experience is that their site is laggy or tends to lag. On the site it says it takes 1 bankday for the withdraw if you use neteller but for me it took 2-3 bankdays.

They offer netent,MG and few more (not sure if betsoft or sheriffgaming dosen't matter both suck).
 
Casinoroom is legit, been playing there for ~1.5 years. The site is as good as any other microgaming/netent/providers mixed casino.
 
Tried it, everything worked Fine. Lost All, so i don't made experience with the support or a cashout.

lagging so bad . shut game try and open another and you details are messed up. depositing for Australians annoying Evan i you set you currency as aud you still deposit in usd so getting your amount correct is annoying ...tried first deposit bonus got crap all but that's the way the reels roll ..layout settings annoying at best ..compared to other net ent ect sites this is way under standard Evan if its only a baby not good enough at this point WILL NOT RETURN
 
Yes they are decent.

Cashed out using skrill and had my cashout within 24 hours.
Played the hell out of Foxin Wins at Casinoroom, lots of good wins on it.
Experienced no lag personally.

One thing though is that Casinoroom doesn't have any NetEnt jackpot games so if thats your thing then you need to look else where.

They also send out random free spins via email which usually read like this "These free spins are for the first 300 players who claim it" so if you read your email late you would find that the free spins have already been claimed which really sucks about Casinoroom.

OK, so I joined and planned to play. Logged in and all the promo 'free10' and '150' (for 100% match) were invalid. Deposited 20 euros and opened a game. Reels kept spinning and never played one round, with the dreaded 'game not available'. Tried Chrome browser and exactly the same thing happened. Went on live chat and got the usual crap about how it's my problem that the server isn't providing a game outcome!!!! Then the live chat said he was experiencing connection issues and must cut off. Restarted my PC and carried on trying to play, noticed live chat was unavailable now. Still the same, can't play one round.
What a crock of sh*t. Leave well alone. Will try and retrieve my deposit now, but don't tell me 20 euros is below their w/d limit....

This site is the worst I have seen in years.

RIGHT, it allowed me to cash out 19 euros, leaving 83c in the balance. So, in the half-hour I've been there, 17c has disappeared in to thin air so effectively I've spent 1 euro just to be messed about depositing and not being able to play one game. What sort of operation is this??

This is unbelievable. Tried startburst at 10p a spin with my 83c remaining, and the game error not available comes up, I close the game and lose 10p every time this happens, for an non-completed game! This site is seriously ****ed-up. I would highly recommend you all avoid it.

Right, my problems were resolved. Basically my account itself, for technical reasons, wasn't live - I had opened it but not used it a few days earlier. I emailed CS with my complaint and they found, as I said, errors on the software via my account. They gave me a free tenner which I w/d and this and my 19 euro w/d I made from my deposit without playing a spin were processed without docs in about 6 hours very good.
The manager opened a new account manually himself for me with the same details and tested it before e-mailing me and giving me the new login details along with a 20 cash head start. He reset so my first deposit would be doubled and 120 free spins on st*rb*rst too. Everything OK now, but I did notice you can't play quickfire MG games with bonus funds, only Netent!
Basically unlike Guts your freespins aren't given as cash and need 35x playthrough. W/D speed is fast and CS good though.

I had a bloody nightmare wasting 3 hours of my life messing around on chat and trying the site, and I felt 20 euros was a bit paltry but better than nothing.

So, overall - good intentions, will probably end up accredited on here eventually, fast cashouts no hassle. Live chat, decent CS and detailed replies to e-mails. Bonus button tells you how much WR is left.

On the negative side, hard to navigate site. You get 'trophies' for certain things like getting 25 wins on Gonzos quest, which gives you extra points toward your stages and on some slots like Wild Rockets, play 200 rounds and you get extra points plus 20 euros. It doesn't say whether the 20 euros is cash or carries a WR. You can't play MG games with bonus funds, which is strange.

Hard to find things - they are there, like setting deposit limits and session times and take-a-break etc. but not well signposted. I still can't find a link to explaining what you can do with your points if anything. Also to access your account etc. you need to close the game, very irritating.

So, a good honest site, but needs rearranging a bit and easy to navigate like Guts for example.

Worth a look.

Long time no see.

Just wanted to let you all know to be careful at Casinoroom.com - Nothing but issue from the moment I signed up. Deposited $30, didn't get a welcome bonus, and so much for getting 20 free spins on starburst for 10 days. EVERY day when I logged in the spins weren't there and I had to contact live chat for them to add them so I missed out on about 5 days worth of spins.

They did end up crediting the $26 welcome bonus AFTER I asked about it 5-6 days later and said all you need to do is wager $26 45X.... maybe If the bonus was credited at the same time of my deposit I might of had a chance of clearing the 45X wager requirement.

I just told them to close the account, WAY to much issues from the get go.

I have to say the lady on chat KAYLA was nice and all.

A new casino for me, but I've given them a go.

All positive so far with 2 good cash outs from the welcome bonuses, both processed within hours and in my bank account within 48 hours.

Good CS and a nice mail from their VIP rep with his contact details for any issues.

No problem with laggy spins or anything of the like and a good 150% bonus offered today.

It's early days, but 10/10 from me so far.

Ask in livechat if you can't see any decent bonus promo because they often give me a bonus like 50% up to £100 . They even let me use skrill and manually add the bonus . Not always but at least half the time I ask they seem to come up with some bonus offer and I'm no VIP or anything

Had a big win on DOA last week (screen shot in DOA thread).

Requested my large withdrawal very early Friday morning. Docs requested Friday night, approved within the hour, withdrawal approved 30 minutes after that, and I received my withdrawal back to my CC very early Tuesday morning!

Overall a very easy and pleasant experience, and they have now added a live chat feature to their mobile site which is even better.

The only downside for me personally is that you can't play DOA with bonus funds (which I'll never understand considering it's very high volatility) however I rarely use bonuses and after speaking with the very nice VIP manager Perry, we came to a very satisfactory compromise I was happy with.

The biggest positive for me is unlike my recent issues with Trada, at Casinoroom I was treated exactly the same with excellent service when I was winning or losing.

A very solid 9/10 for Casinoroom from me so far. ;)

If they allow DOA to be played with bonus funds for all players I'll bump that score up to 10/10. :)
 
Not so good experience at all.

Made a withdrawal on Friday. This was processed relatively quickly to my Skrill account, or so I thought. But by this morning it still wasn't into my account so I contacted live chat and asked them why that was:


I have sent the required documents in now, including as per their request a picture of a now expired debit card.

Would love to hear the comments from the representative regarding this.

Talk about bloody stalling tactics. I sent the rep a Private Message to make a comment because this is just not good enough.

I even asked in chat why they wanted a copy of the debit card despite me depositing via Skrill.
 
Have you ever deposited by the credit card tho even just once.

Looks to me like they want to verify your account which even tho they never asked for the skrill shot they would still need it.

Had a similair experience at Guts a few months ago. My account was verified and i always deposit be Neteller and occasionally paysafe.

They decided that i needed to verify again even tho They had all my documents. So sent them Neteller , Driving Licence and usual Bills. That was not good enough tho they wanted a bank statement.

Explained i do not use bank with them but because one time the other year i had used two paysafe vouchers in a row they had told me i needed to do withdrawal by bank transfer. Never used paysafe again after that stuck to neteller. But they still wanted a bank statement . Took a week to get reverified. One of the reasons i will rarely ever use Guts now.
 

I have previously deposited (and withdrew!) via debit card. Can't remember if they ever verified my account as I had it open since 2015.

What frustrates me most is that I had no communication about the document request until I contacted them to ask where my payment was. That frustration got worse when they didn't ask for my Skrill account details during the chat. Instead they asked for a copy of my debit card that has long expired.

I fully understand their need to KYC but some 2 years after opening the account?

In this day and age no need for any of this stuff to get sent at all.

Its total crap that they ask for stuff from years ago. I am still pissed of about having to reverify at Guts for no reason and having to send a bank statement when i had never ever deposited by debit card or bank. Only 1 withdrawal years before by bank transfer and made sure i only used Neteller after. Funny they sent the withdrawal to bank in first place without asking proof it was my bank.

Thats why i mentioned some casinos still ask for proof of something u no longer even use with them.

They should sort it for you soon. Took me a full week to get an already verified account at Guts reverified tho. Really pissed me of as it was only a small withdrawal in first place

I'm terribly sorry for the issues/delays, this is one of our "when things go wrong" episodes, we all understand the importance of KYC, but this should never become a frustrating process, you are right, the deposit was made using skrill, the card was used last time in Jan 2016, that was overlooked by the support agent, you sent the documents from another (not registered) email address, but we could have identified your account. I have talked to the agents who dealt with the case to clarify our guidelines and please trust me that this has been an isolated case, we don't like to keep our customers waiting and this is not part of stalling tactics, requests to ewallets cannot be cancelled unless customers request it and we strive to be efficient with the handling of KYC and payouts, keeping customers waiting completely ruins the experience and creates unnecessary friction, so thanks for bringing this up and once again sorry! I'm glad that it has been sorted out and that you have received the money.

This Casino is a joke. Whatever Slot i played i always received that 'Game currently not available' error. Support told me to switch Browser lol. I even got that error when i used my IPhone. Of course this totally ruined my Sessions because i always had to reload the game and start again. I really don't understand why this casino is even allowed to accept deposits under such circumstances. This is fucking theft and nothing else.
 
Fishy site.

This site is very fishy, my wife and i play on alot of sites and we thought this one had an amazing bonus for 500%.

She talked with support which for the time being was kind.

She played for a couple of hours 2-3 hours or so (did alot of quickspins since i got good wins in the start).

Finally after 70k wagering we got our win on 750 euro. (Edit, 7500 SEK, which are around 833 euro).

We took it out to our familyaccount through trustly (Visa Allcard which both share)

They declined the withdrawal and i though we just had to send in some proof, but no. They actually took away all the winnings, all of it. With no chance to get a explanation more then that we used a third party user.

The support totally ignore this issue, expcept a guy called Niklas (after 5th try), he refered us to make a case on MGA, which we have done, and they replied that it will be a case, but it will take 4-5 weeks to get an answer on it.

Amazing site? Isnt it.
 
Tompaco, we have KYC with Trustly showing that this bank account does not belong to the user in question, due to our obligations and legal expectations and also because this is gambling, we don't allow deposits with methods from third parties and that's why the deposit was refunded. I think that's good that you have contacted the ADR, we'll follow up on our end as well.

Oh yeah, and you just let her sit there and play for several hours without questioning or refund earlier. I dont think we would have gotten a refund if we lost everything, i even talked to the staff before and talked about the bonus, about which games was included and so, nothing was said.

No compensations, no chance to replay with this bonus, nothing. Just refund when the winning was too high. :) GG!

Tbh, its not the policy which made me do this post, its the way it was handled, all the other sites i use (often swe-only) would made up for it someway, maybe a second chance to win or anything at all. But you just squished it away. More or less since it was a good win on that deposit. :) And you can easily overcome the situtation and see that the account is in the same surname since its my wife, saw that i used the wrong account, we often use the allcard which both stands on.

But no goodwill from your side, which still is very bad. Very.

We want happy customers, but we can't give compensation in cases like this, however if you rectify on your end and either open an account on your name and deposit with your bank or your wife deposits with her bank account, then I'll gladly add an extra bonus or spins.

Sent pm, but no answer in a few days, anyhow. Its pretty amazing you let 3-4 different people play on twitch on your site and let them cashout without any restrictions, but people who are married and share bankaccount cant deposit and withdrawal to the right person. It just feels like you had a golden opportunity to deny the cashout since it was a 42X win from the deposit.

edit: with the twitch, i meant accountsharing, there is always peoples friends, gf etc etc playing on the same account. Which according to me is much much worse.

Yep, lets do that, and you know for a fact i wouldnt even make this thread if it was handled and treated in a better way, no warnings when talking to chat, no chance to proof anything, just a scamming rip from the withdrawal with ignorant support afterwards. Its a shame.

Friendly fraud? You are one of few casinos which doesnt support withdrawal to the same person, deposit and withdrawal to another account i could take, but this, nah. Have talked to a bunch and not many supporting this.

Stand up for yourself, we are just the little ones here with no saying.

I really hope we get something out of it from MGA, especially after the shitty treatment.
 

As i recall you already know what MGA said, you have the policy and they cant do much about it, about the fraud, chargeback etc, its still bs in this case since it was a big payout. You already ignored me totally on pm, even if you said we would take it from there, which i will say its a really bad goodwill, or no goodwill at all.

Cant say much about this, more then its a really really bad experience, no more no less, it could been compensated in so many ways. 850 euro is trash for you, but not for others.

Shame.
