Furthermore, you have bad information. He is not the owner. The operations and business ethics are more or less the same, and they have the same managers. That's what counts in an operation.

Their management won numerous awards here at Casinomeister - and their casino operations won best casino, best casino group for years. So why would this give you serious reservations??

Not sure why your on the offensive with this. I was looking for a US based casino to play and had heard a lot about this group. I looked into it and reviews like the attached (see attached, I hope this is ok to post?) which suggested it was the same owner and used google to find more. I'm not sure how all this makes me a Brit.

Since the old Club World casino company was taken over by some crooked individuals, they have gone out of their way to try and destroy the livelihood and private life of the former owner. It is absolutely disgusting - I have never in my 20 years in this industry seen such dubious unethical, criminal undertakings as the present Club World owners. And they are attacking their own brother. Abhorent.

Holy crap! I too find that so wrong on every level. You state they have committed criminal fraud, can they be prosecuted? Please tell me the former owner is atleast looking into prosecuting them, they have no right to try and destroy this person.

However, I am a great believer in karma.

The best way is to ensure everyone you know never plays at their casinos and knows what they have done and are capable of.

I am like you and a victim of Club World but also I am going through what you went through in regards to legal action and it's sad that us victims and small guys have to pay even though we have been wronged and we get bullied and discriminated against and it's very sad. Karma has worked for me in these type of issues in the past and sometimes it takes time so I know these kind of people will get what they got coming to them but still I am very sad and stressed and such that I have to keep going through this stuff. Anyway I feel alone but just wanted to say you're not alone.

The only things being taken down are those players from the Club World Group they ( Affiliate Edge ) have de-tagged from their affiliates. Please let us know when you get paid out

You know one of the reasons I don't play RTG that much is every time I deposit I think RTG software knows what these bastards did and yet they still licensed out the software to them. I think they should have pulled all games from that group the min they saw the proof of how they f ked all the affiliates and so on. To me shows major lack of standards on the RTG software side.

This is a group that spent £21k to stay my claim against them for £5k ( My claim therefore was not proven one way or the other ) - They ended up having to pay £9k of their legal costs, to not pay out £5k. ( I unfortunately got hit with £12k of their costs, but thanks to my peers, I only ended up having to cover £1k of the costs )

This is a group that shills - this thread is a case in point.

This is a group operated by individuals that continues to try to destroy their own brother.

This is a group that knowingly and willingly removed in excess of a thousand players from the accounts of their affiliate partners and as Bryan states in this thread, we have concrete as in SOLID proof of this.

They are nasty, evil assholes. Working in tandem with even nastier assholes.

You don't have to play at their casino just because you're in the States. You have a multitude of better choices. CasinoMax, Uptown Aces, Casino Extreme (instant payout via bitcoin), Casino Brango (instant payout via bitcoin) - All have super friendly CS and super fast payouts.. If you're still playing at their casino you're making a very bad choice IMO.

I'm surprised you got paid at all since from what I've heard, their banks have shut down their accounts.

I just want to apologize for my language in regards to CWC in my earlier post. I didn't need to be so harsh. My complaint was due to a lengthy payout delay which upset me. I would have simply deleted my post but I couldn't figure out how to so so. I have had delays elsewhere as well and never bashed those sites like I did here. It was uncalled for and I am better than that. As a player they paid me and I had no other complaints and was just upset as the time it took to get paid. I have spoken to their management and they have assured me their banks are not shut down. I played on there and was paid in 48 hours last week. I am very limited with where I can play and feel like I should be ashamed for playing there after saying I would never do so again. I am faithful to this Casinomeister and don't want anyone to think less of me for playing here but they have treated me very well absent the payout delay.

I don't want to pick and choose sides and I feel bad for everyone that has been impacted by the situation. I have been a member here for many years and try my best to take players advice on where I should and shouldn't play. I know if I choose to play somewhere deemed unsafe I am taking a risk and I just hope I never run into trouble. God knows we all have been in those situations before. If those situations never occurred we wouldn't need to come here for advice. I have never tried to promote any site and simply give my personal experiences. With that said, if I never read the reviews here or elsewhere with the recent developments I would have had no issues with CWC except the lengthy payout delay. As a player they have not raised any red flags or done anything that would alert me as to being untrustworthy.

Like I said, I am very limited with where I can play and having more choices is good for the players. With that said I have been playing at Roaring 21, Casinomax, Bovada, Heritagesports, and a few other sites that are all very nice to me. Out of all the sites I still currently play at the one that upsets me the most is Grand Prive Groups.. I have no clue why I still play at Casino Grand Bay, especially when they make me send them my personal documents every 6 months. But I still play their... so maybe I am a sucker.. who knows. But for now I feel content playing and just having fun.

Club World Group are the same group that spent £21,000 in lawyer and barrister fees to stay my claim against them for £5,000 due to a retroactive Player Quota Clause in their Affiliate T & C's that I did not sign up to. They invoked an arbitration clause in the contract to get my claim, which has not been proven one way or the other, Stayed.

As a result of the arbitration clause, my claim got Multi Tracked, which meant I was exposed to their £21,000 costs. Of which the judge deemed I had to pay £12,000, with Club World's owners paying £9,000 of them. In short they paid £4,000 MORE than what I was claiming, so as they didn't have to pay me. Whilst trying to financially ruin me in the process.

They knew no right thinking individual or business would go to arbitration as the costs involved if lost, could run up to £50k +

I KNOW for a fact they have also detagged and removed over 1,000 players from their affiliate partner accounts and yes, I do have PROOF of this. Affiliates affected included the accounts of DEAD webmasters, whose families were reliant on those earnings. One of which was Spearmaster, former moderator here at Casinomeister.

They are scum. Their owners have also been found gulity of blackmail in the High Court -
