Dr Vegas withdrawal?

Is anyone waiting on a withdrawal here?

I've been waiting from Saturday morning and I've just been kicked of chat saying all agents are busy...very strange as these guys are usually on the ball.
 
I've just had a response via email that withdrawal times are 3/5 working days.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't state this in accreditation section.

they can take the piss some times, they say withdraws 3-5 days to bank, its there sranded text book response, I bet you also got a response saying wait for manager :)

I have had a few times insatnt, had a moan many of times due to it being over 48hrs, but its normaly next day if I withdraw at night,

In all honest it is a hit and miss with theses guys, Live chat are good to speak to but like most have not got a scooby,

The accredited section is nonsonce, alot needs to be updated, I know its not easy and the boss is busy so will take time, now we have the minions data this should give you a better idea of times

I love the old DR as well, They state withdraws whiten 48hrs 3-5 days to bank, Its normal the same or next day, But many of times it has hit over the 48hr to ewallets,

The other week one was instant as soon as I click the withdraw, than another about 48hr and a few lke 8 hrs and a few more whiten a couple,

As I said its a hit and miss, I tried getting a clear cut answer, There response was same as always, 3-5 days and will speak to manager, or will be at the end of the day,


I said once but its been 48hrs and still pending, Answer? I speak to manager :)
 
Its one of my main casino to play at, I not played in a few days due to the shit haloween promo being crap, No point in talking to help as its a standerd copy and paste,

But its aaa decent site and trusted, Good terms and decent bonus
 
I got an email from these yesterday.

Apparently its 'all hands to the pump' this morning as their site is undergoing big maintenance so getting help from support right now will be like pissing into the wind lol :p

Pissing in your own mouth any way trying to get a straight answer from them :) I think they have been prewarned not to say anythink

You must of seen some of the screen shots I posted, Its the same story, They must give give the chat host a 2nd class stamp with what to say on,

Ask manager, 4-5 days, end of he day,

Yep you're right there mate.

Always felt 70% of chats are very 'robotic' but theirs take the piss, even tried to get a bit of a laugh and some banter going once or twice and failed miserably.

If its not written on the back of the fag packet in front of then, then they not allowed to type it :rolleyes:

I almost typed 'You are human you know, try acting like one' but then I have my doubts whether CS agents actually ARE Human lmao!

When they were Quicksilvers slots they couldn't have been more helpful but when they rebranded and became Dr Vegas they became like the others.

When I first started online gaming after using the high street shops ( i could no longer get to the shop) about 13 years ago I had collected loads of bet £5 get £5 free cards and I could no longer use them the Quicksilver help let me send them to them in the post and use them online but as I say when they became Dr Vegas they lost their customer one to one friendliness.
 
Dr Vegas are shockingly slow. 5 working days before they even look at a withdrawal request! In this day and age they will be simply left behind like the other dinosaur sites :(

Today will be my 7th day pending despite me having a moan at them. No way would I deposit at DrVegas again unless they get their fingers out of their asses. :mad:

Ye dont think i will again thought they ment to be fast, how long are live chat telling you need wait now?
 
I enquired on Friday and I have just looked in without going to CS. I can't be arsed. It seems that CS have very little leverage so I will just wait a bit longer.

I did a bit searching sounds like long withdrawals been going on for some months, can you keep us posted about how much longer you wait thanks
 
Eventually managed a cashout on here.

But they are saying thay cant pay back to yk bank accounts now and are going to send a cheque out. Could inly withdraw £100 at a tine also. Even though I had no bonus. So I had to make several seprate withdrawals, and now have to wait for a cheque to arrive.

Very strange and not something Ive had before

I run a business, anyone who is wanting to pay in cheques is stalling to pay as they lack the funds. People should avoid like the plague.

I agree, I mentioned this months ago and closed my account to stop me being tempted to deposit. Massive delays, lack of rep response in the thread, and now sending cheques out, and a £100 max cashout. That is dodgy as fuck in my view and seriously, no one should deposit a penny here until its sorted out.
I really think they should be removed from the accredited list asap too as somethings definitely amiss here :(, I'll PM Bryan see if he has any thoughts on it.

How can they be accredited still? If it wasn't for Phil this casino would be blacklisted here imo. It's only the fact he rushes the withdrawals people have turned a blind eye. But it is clear as hell they're having issues. So surely a warning should be given?

Nothing against the casino but I found it interesting how they gave free spins after free spins and constant 100% match bonus offers even 200% which smelt of looking to quickly draw people in to deposit.

I've never encountered the "cheque" issue but my most recent withdrawal (managed to complete WR on free spins so no deposit) I requested took exactly 7 days to hit my bank account. Seems pretty standard now; I remember my first withdrawal (distant memory :D) and it was credited back to my card the very next day. Clearly casinos' should be progressing and making withdrawals faster, while it seems Dr Vegas is going backwards :confused:

Well, if people would notify m about these sorts of threads, (like colinsunderland just did), then I can take action. I can't do anything about things that I am unaware of.

Has anyone PMd the casino rep to address this? If not. I will do so now. I wish that some of you had done so in November - of course if you did, I wish I had known about that too.

There are no £100 cashout limits, there are certain mastercards that we can't pay back more than a £100 a time through and some that we can't pay back through Worldpay and have to send a cheque back to the user. In most cases we are paying back on the day of withdrawals and all players are still getting their funds back in their accounts within 3-5 working days and normally the next day.

There are numerous posts on here over the past 6 months that suggest that isn't true (like this one) and more than one person saying they aren't processed for 5 working days, let alone back in accounts within 24 hours. Taking into account members on here probably make up a very small proportion of your users, it would suggest there are quite a few who don't get it done within a day or two.
 
I made my first deposit and withdrawal with Dr Vegas this week. After reading about the long processing times here, I emailed CS and PM'd Phil regarding this.

CS replied within 30 minutes (kudos for being fastly available) and quoted a 5 working day processing time (no matter what banking method was used). Phil replied even faster, around 20 minutes. The withdrawal was paid at the same time I was asking them about it.

Withdrawal was paid in 20 hrs. That's reasonable if it's something one can rely on. If the 5 working days is policy, it's simply not acceptable in these days.

Just to add - some of you guys are Meister Minions - you need to start adding some of this payout data for Dr. Vegas so we can have accurate information. It looks like the last time anyone added anything about Dr Vegas was in November.

This is what I don't like, you communicate with Drvegas directly they ensure it's 5 working days before it's processed to your bank, you me and others all confirmed this but Phil is always denying it. Yes he manually flushes the payments, but what if you're not a member here?

Either Phil is not being told what is actually happening, or a image is trying to be kept up on here which is hiding the reality.
 

20 hours is fine, however looking at other posts it seems as though you got it in 20 hours because you got in touch with Phil, which to me is unacceptable, you shouldn't have to contact a rep to get a withdrawal done in a normal time. No matter what Phil says, this thread is full of people saying it took much longer than he states it does.
 
I have had 3 withdraws from Dr Vegas and all I have had to wait 5 working days even got this confirmed from live chat.
Don't get wrong I really like Dr Vegas, there freebies are great.
Wagering for newbies is a bit high though 40xd+b

Not suggesting anything as I am not in 'the know' on this one but it is starting to remind me a LOT of the Purple Lounge situation a few years back.

Apologies if way off the mark but I think I can be forgiven for my line of thought given the severe lack of communication.

Completely agree, Phil seems to have disappeared again after (I presume) Bryan gave him a nudge last time, and despite being online yesterday, obviously can't be bothered to respond again.
He said most withdrawals are done same day, thats obviously still not true, and if it was, why do support say 5 working days?
 
He sent me a pm 2 days ago asking to be informed when the cheque was recieved etc. I did that, I have sent another pm to which I have not received a reply.

I feel a little for Phil as he may not be getting told the full story by Dr Vegas either, but something is definately amiss with them at the moment.
