Hi everyone

Today I received a letter (actual letter not email) from fairgocasino advising they are a new casino specifically for Australians.

Not my cup of tea however I am annoyed this mob has my details and I am curious which casino is selling off my details.

Is anyone else receiving this crap?

Fair Go is part of the highly reputable Sloto'Cash group (Who have 2 accredited casinos here)
If you ever joined one of their other casinos, they could be mailing you about this new brand. The others are:
Slots Capital
Desert Nights
Sloto'Cash
Uptown Aces
Black Diamond
Box24
Spartan Slots
Miami Club
Red Stag

If you have not signed-up to any of them - the mail is probably from a spamming affiliate :(

Yeah, just stop it will ya! :D:D

Just added their review here: FairGo Casino - Grey Zone.

The more information we have on them the better. I'll try signing up later and give you a better run down on what's up.

I agree on the Deckmedia casinos - pretty squared away.

" Higly reputable Sloto Cash group " - So casinos like Box24 - Spartan Slots or Black Diamond are good quality ? If im good remember all this 3 casinos are lets say - " not the best quality " but mayby im wrong ?

Those 3 have undergone a lot of changes in their life-times!

When Black Diamond first launched it was on the Top Game platform, which did not have a great reputation, it's true.
In 2010 it was switched over to Rival Gaming, joining the other 2, which were also on Rival.
Then in mid-2011 all 3 switched over to Top Game, but the operator was not the best.

In December 2012 these 3 casinos were acquired by the Sloto'Cash group (Deck Media), alongside their 2 RTG & 2 Rival casinos.
At the end of 2015, Top Game was re-branded to Pragmatic Play as they went multi-software. The casinos now feature the old Top Game slots, alongside others from Rival, Betsoft, Octopus games and maybe some others...(?)

I can't actually try them myself, as they don't accept UK players :( - but I'm confident that under the Sloto'Cash umbrella they are safe enough places for Americans to play. As with all casinos, players need to make sure they read the T&Cs before joining as they do have some rules which some might not find acceptable.

Wouldn't touch it with a 1-mile barge pole, TBH.

Now, we insiders know Deckmedia and how to find out who's behind FairGo but look at that website:

- website designed by a 10-year old...oops, sorry, i'll take that back, it must have been a 5-year old in kindergarten
- no license information to be found anywhere on the site
- no operator / owner information
- only RTG games, would not give those crooks a single cent :barf:
- WR on bonuses --> 30x D+B
- Lots of bonuses and codes on offer but if you take 2-3 in a row you risk not getting paid
- 48 hours pending on withdrawals
- withdrawal limit - A$10,000 / week
- bonus terms full of "if's" and "but's"
- only big winners under "recent winners"
- "T&C's" full of liability disclaimers for the casino operator

These are the items from looking at the site for just 5 minutes, that was already too much time spent on it as it will help them with their Google score

Personally, I would say --> RUN FOR THE HILLS :D

Fair Go casino ok by me

Wouldn't touch it with a 1-mile barge pole, TBH.

Yeah?
Well, look... I'm another Aussie who suddenly found himself "redirected" to FAIRGO in May, (when the majority of the more lovable Casinos pulled the pin and politely told us we down-under rodents were being ousted).
So ok, I opted in in at FAIRGO and simply gave em a try.
My initial 50 bucks deposit went nowhere beneficial... neither did the next 3 deposits.
But on the the 4th one (now $135 invested) hey Presto, after like a $400 goodie I submitted my wd for $350.
As I recall, the docs were accepted easy peasy - and the neteller account got added to No Wukkers
(That's Aussie slang for nofuckinworries mate!)

Deposited another $40 in 2 more deps and lo, hit em up again for another 200.
Likewise - PAYMENT RECEIVED in due course.
Always went with CM approved locations in the past; Any point me still looking there?
I'm no big fan of RTG games actually.
Preferred my downloadable MicroGaming instantly accessible software, bit shattered by having lost 32RED's club rouge privileges too.
But OJO and Fairgo and AllAustralian as workable Browser based alternatives are proving in no way "inferior".

I'm old now, retired and on a pension. :eek2:
Grew my lil neteller bal to app $1000 before the rug was pulled by 32RED and others.
Now spending around $100 per day($20 ave deposits) and with no uncertainty about their integrity or these guys as choices - regardless of others concerns about where they might be registered.
In 2 months my bal has declined to $800.
I reckon it'll recover, but if not I won't blame FAIRGO - that's for sure!
If I'm wrong and it all goes spastic I'll let youse all know...
AND that'll probly be me last post mate :D

Really appreciate it that you are sharing your experience and i am glad that all has been positive for you.

I am sure that the casino is not the worst and it might be ok as long as you don't run into any issues.

But when you do, you are on your own. Curaçao license won't help you and they don't publish a physical address.

Good luck, hope your experience stays positive.

As an Aussie with some casino's shutting down for me as long as Videoslots remains available I really don't see any need to look for alternative sites.
Their slot selection is huge and offer quick withdrawls. For me its a no brainer.

Signed up today after receiving letter in the mailbox!
So far so good but we will see what happens if i make a withdrawal.
Have been logged out a few times when games have not loaded.

Played Ghost Ship and it went crazy and gave me a lot of free spins and plenty of Moolah!
60x playthru on welcome bonus so lets see how it goes and about 30% thru it so far.

Will report back later

Well i made playthru and got to the withdrawal bs
lets see how this goes!

I signed up a while ago and haven't played there yet so I am very interested to see how long withdrawal will take for you.

I am sure it will be all good, good on you for beating 60x wagering seems a bit high to me :)

I think they do pay on weekends as well which is a plus

Well it took 2 goes to get my documents approved but all good now.
First time they said i never sent drivers license and bank statement but i damn well did?

Had to reactivate my Neteller account as i don't feel like paying $50 for a wire transfer.
Let's see how long this takes!:)

Just ckecked 24 hours after making withdrawal and it is in my Neteller account.
Not sure how long it took as didn't check until now.

So if you have Neteller once you are verified Fair Go Casino seems to be good!

Not willing to state licensing jurisdiction upon request

Hi all, long time...

I felt it was important enough to share this with you all. My specific issue with this casino may not bother some of you that are thinking of joining, or those of you who are already members there and have enjoyed their gaming experience to date, and feel safe.

Signed up, read through all terms and conditions. No information re licensing as previously noted by Harry_BKK. Bothered me quite a bit, so I contacted live chat requesting licensing information.

After considerable waiting times in chat the reply I received was words to the effect of.... we can't give that information to you, it's not allowed. After a little polite pushing, I was advised: "it's somewhere in the Caribbean, if that's what you want to know". Wasn't impressed by that response at all; clearly evasive, so I asked if they're licensed in Curacao. The agent advised once again that he isn't allowed by the casino to provide this information to players. 'Fair Go' I thought, why the secrecy? If they're not willing to be open and honest about this type of stuff upfront, what else down the track that I consider to be important gaming knowledge will they be resistant to sharing? I told the agent that I wasn't happy with his reply and I requested immediate closure of my account, which was honoured without delay. I'm glad my request to close my account didn't drag on, but it appears that a quick account close was more convenient for the casino instead of providing a clear answer on my question about licensing jurisdiction.

I'm glad to see that some of you are reporting positive experiences to date, but their resistance to providing licensing information (which should be stock standard in a casinos terms and conditions) is a red flag for me, and doesn't inspire much trust and confidence at all.

I understand that creditable online gaming options are quickly becoming scarce for Australians, but please don't feel the need to rush in and play real money at casinos that aren't willing to be 100% open and honest regarding important player information such as a casinos licensing jurisdiction. This info should always be readily available, and hiding it from players is questionable practice imv. Please proceed with caution if this is important to you.

Note: I see that Brian has Fair Go Casino listed here as being licensed in Curacao. Good thing someone credible knows where they're licensed!

Regards,
Hydr0

They are having some kind of difficulty receiving my verification documents :what:. I just use a standard gmail email and have sent my docs like 5 times now.

Not sure what to do now, I know they are part of the Deckmedia group. Would the sloto rep be able to help? Or anyone have any ideas what I should do?

I got a letter from Fair Go Casino in the (real) mail today.
Strange, because I never gave them my address and I have not signed up at any of their related casinos.

I will probably take Harry's advice and steer clear. Besides, RTG games are not my cup-o-tea. ;)
I might check out their $25 free, anyone gotten anywhere with that?

Investigating the letter, I noticed the envelope had "Deutsche Post" written on it. I'm pretty sure that's German, and looking at the other markings on the letter I'm pretty sure it was posted from Germany.

Have had several withdrawals from Fair Go without issue. Support prompt and detailed.

Only issue is that the flash RTG casino doesn't have as many games as the download version. I can't find the download version on the Fair Go website?

Unfortunately with Netent and Microgaming pulling out.. options are limited for us Aussies. Both are preferable to the slots in the pubs here which payout at 86%

Won off Free Chip at Fair Go

Only issue is that the flash RTG casino doesn't have as many games as the download version. I can't find the download version on the Fair Go website?

I did ask about the download version but was told it is not available. This is a shame because a lot of the games that I love such as Loose Caboose and White Rhino are not available on the live version. Can anyone tell me why they would not have the download version available?

Even though my fav games are not available I decided to open an account and give this Casino a go anyway.

I started with a no-deposit bonus of $25 which I received through the Post. With the playthrough being 60x I really did not expect to make it. To my surprise I was at $250 when I made the playthrough. The max cashout on this free chip is $125 so I have submitted my docs for verification.

It has now been 2 business days since I lodged my documents for verification. I have checked with chat and been advised they are in receipt of my docs and they should be verified today. I can then lodge my request for a payout. I will keep you updated as to how my verification and withdrawal goes. So far so good.

Quick Update

I have checked with Fair-Go Casino and they have confirmed they are in receipt of my docs for verification.

It is now 4 days since I sent them in and they are still not verified. Im pretty disappointed that the verification process is taking so long. I have not received any correspondence from them at all.

Will update when I receive a response from them. Fingers crossed verification will happen soon because I am still wanting to withdraw the money I won off my free chip.

Yay, my account is now verified. I received my first email from Fair-Go Casino advising this last night.

Immediately requested to withdraw the $125 I won off my free chip via Neteller. Chat advised me their approval process should take about 2 days. I was told to expect the $125 into my Neteller account on Saturday. I had read somewhere on their website that Neteller payouts have no waiting time but that is not correct obviously. I will update here when I am in receipt of my winnings.

So far I am not very impressed with their customer service. I received a Welcome email upon signup on the 5/11. I then did not receive any emails regarding the verification process which took 4 business days, nothing advising they had received my docs or advising their anticipated timeframe etc. I did receive an email advising docs were verified. I have had several discussions with their chat team and they are great. Very friendly and informative.

Another positive so far is that they will allow the $125 cashout from their welcome free chip without me making an initial deposit. I just wish I felt more confident in dealing with this Casino. Their delay in verifying my docs and their lack of communication has left me doubting I will see the $125 in my Neteller account on Saturday...... here's waiting and hoping :)

Fair Go, still waiting

So the wait continues ....

Sonict you are correct. I just checked with chat to be advised "The withdrawals takes 2 business days pending then one business day to be released. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays."

Hoping to see the money in my Neteller account on Monday or Tuesday, not Saturday as I was originally told by Chat.

Everything at this Casino seems like it is on go-slow. Maybe it is just because I am spoiled with instant withdrawals and top-notch service at VideoSlots.

I don't think I will be rushing to deposit here in the future. Will update when I receive the $125 into my Neteller account.

RELAX guys...

July26 I responded to a bit of early negativity here with a decent size thumb up for FAIRGO.
Lean times for me after that.
For this 10 year, daily-playing-slots-enthusiast the rot finally set in: everywhere I went cost me big time.
By Sept, totally wiped that $800 neteller balance out - so I quit playing!
This week, returned to Fairgo for another lil dabble?
Sunday, without askin anybody about anythink, I log in, risk my 30AUSSIEDOLLARcreditcard dep, no bonus...
Ponders "If I win, can I get em to replenish the now empty Neteller acc?"
And hey look, lucky me gets to request $100 CashIn :)
A few days later though, like others here, I'm sorta wondering where I'm at?
No processing messages: likewise, no cashier info about denial of Neteller transfers either.
Ah but then, Wed evening here - it's all finished, all done.
Situation normal. Payment received!
fairgo-ok.webp
So hey, Aussie players! Remember ... Our Sunday is THEIR Saturday.
You go play Fri night, say - and you'll wait a good 5 days before your money arrives. That's just the way it is, because OUR clock's well ahead of theirs and payment's a TWO business days procedure.
Not unfair!
Not devious...
You get your dough, no wukkers mate!!!

Also at Fairgo Casino

All went well! $125 received as promised :)

and worth noting...
Fairgo's FREE Spins Friday offer!

That's in addition to their $20 November "Free Chip" bonus offer in return for ANY deposit this month.
Generous? Bloodywellright I reckon!
Claimed mine after the previous win payout and all.
Important reminder:- Avoid the obvious error; Read the "Promotional Terms & Conditions" in full!
Geez. It's Friday already.
Guess where I'm goin?

Thanks Fairgo

All went well! $125 received as promised :)

I'm glad you received your money but lets be honest here, it's crap that it took that long to process a withdrawl to Neteller considering ewallets are instant. When companies take our payments instantly we expect our withdrawal to be in a timely fashion.

Theres no excuse to take that amount of time to verify someone and then pay $125 by neteller.

Trust your Gut!!

and worth noting...
Fairgo's FREE Spins Friday offer!

That's in addition to their $20 November "Free Chip" bonus offer in return for ANY deposit this month.

So with online gambling options quickly being reduced for us Aussies we are being forced to search further for honest and fair Casinos. After trying my free chip at FairGo Casino and receiving payment without any real hassle (a bit slow for my liking but I have been spoiled playing VideoSlots for along time) I decided to try a few more small deposits at FairGo Casino. I kept my deposits small because I had a nagging gut feeling that this Casino was not going to give players a Fair-Go!

After seeing Pianomans advertisement for Fair Go I decided to use the $20 Free Chip he promoted. I felt I had abided by their T&C. There was a playthrough of 50x and a max cashout of $100. I completed the playthrough and requested a withdrawal of $100.

I had made 3 deposits prior to this, each deposit using a deposit bonus that had been offered to me via email.

33 hours after requesting a $100 payout I received an email advising my payout request was denied. Apparently I had breached the T&C stating "Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings." Mmmm .. so do the 3 deposits made not count? OR because I used a 75% deposit bonus then a 100% deposit bonus then another deposit with free spins attached to it do these constitute as "Free Bonuses/Free Spins".

I know this comes down to the use of terminology but I have always believed that a free bonus or free spins does not mean a real money deposit as well. I always thought if you make a deposit with a % bonus offer then this is called a deposit bonus, it certainly is not FREE because you deposit real money with it.

How do other players decipher this terminology? Is FREE no longer FREE? I may be a bit slow because I normally only play my few favourite Casinos so I am very familiar with their rules and terminology and not used to trying to figure what wording actually means or what it could be inferred to mean.

What do other, more experienced players think? Have I misunderstood their T&C and this is terminology often used by RTG Casinos to describe what I call Deposit Bonuses?

One thing I am sure of though is that I am very relieved that I have not deposited much here. I probably should have trusted my gut feeling and steered clear after receiving my initial $125 won off a Free chip.

I agree with you - if the terms say "Free" bonus - that can't be a deposit bonus.
Contact the rep and see what they have to say about this: https://sussexmskpartnershipeast.com/forums/members/sloto.html

NO Fair Go at FairGo Casino

I agree with you - if the terms say "Free" bonus - that can't be a deposit bonus.

Thanks for responding to my post KasinoKing.

I took your advice and contacted the Rep. I received a reply in a timely fashion but the reply has left me scratching my head and none the wiser.

The rep stated "16. Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."

Again they are referring to FREE BONUSES/FREE SPINS . I am now positive that they are calling Deposit Bonuses "FREE bonus" or "Free spins".

To be completely open here I attach a screenshot of my Account History showing that NOV-20 is the only FREE no-deposit bonus that I claimed, after making 3 deposits using deposit bonuses.

I believe they are muddying the terminology here confusing what FREE really means to feel justified in denying my request to withdraw $100.

Player Feedback would be greatly appreciated. FairGo Casino are definitely not giving me a fair go here, they are waving massive RED Dodgy Flags I am afraid.

Well to me it looks like that shot DOES show 2 freebies in a row: "Bombastic Free Spins" the "NOV-20"...

So, Im a Dik!!

OMG KasinoKing I am such a dik at times. That is exactly why I posted here asking for 2nd opinions/advice before complaining about it. I cant read my own deposit history. I thought the Bombastic Free Spins was a $31 deposit. Thank you sooo much for taking the time to point that out to me. Now with egg on my face Im going to crawl away to my corner. Thanking you very much again.

My sincerest apologies to Fair Go Casino. Im so glad I didnt have a full on tanty before seeking advice from somebody wiser then myself. I will now come and have a flutter after winning on Ghost Ship at another Casino I am keen to give it a hit. Sorry guys

Hi all, I'm a newbie so please forgive me if I sound a bit strange. I registered with FairGo a few months back and initially had a few substantial wins ($$$$) on three separate occasions. On my first attempt to withdraw funds I encountered extreme difficulties in any attempt in communicating with Customer support, until I rung from a phone not registered to my account to which the call was promptly answered??????? following this initial set back the 2nd requested withdrawal was without an issue, however my 3rd withdrawal attempt was strange to say the least. Upon attempting to request the withdrawal my account balance showed a $$$ but the amount I was able to withdraw was $0, this appeared strange to me as up until this point I have never once accepted any bonuses, free spins or other free offers presented to me. I had only wagered on funds I deposited. This issue was addressed and corrected 2 days following an email i sent. As I said I'm new to all this so i'm not sure if its a regular technical glitch?????
Following this it appeared my luck was to change dramatically as all future wagering returned a minimal to say the least, this included the features on various games, as they only returned a win between $ and $ regardless of game, feature or free spins awarded. To only return an amount between $ and $ every time didn't appear at all random to me. Now as previously stated I'm new to online casinos but it appeared weird. Maybe and quiet possibly because lady luck left my side. I don't know nor will I ever know but just weird enough for me to requested closure of my account.
