I had a bonus that didn't exist once.

It was on a white hat casino playing Plunderland (Relax Gaming). I got the bonus after some base game teasing and after the bonus played out (winning 200-400 can't remember) the next spin played and the balance was unchanged. I tried chasing it up with the site and asked them to check with the developer but didn't get anywhere.

I assumed the result I got was the intended one and it was a glitchy mismatch with the visuals or something but I chose not to risk making a massive fuss about it because it was just a couple hundred and I didn't want to risk my account having bonus privileges removed.

Happened to me about a year ago on Captain Venture, where I won over £700 on a 40p bet, and it took ages to play out. In the end, it timed itself out. There was nothing in my history, and it didn't get added to the balance, but I took a screenshot of the winnings for proof. In the end, they contacted the game supplier and I was paid out a few days later.
