Horseshoe Casino holds licenses from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia in the US, whilst it also holds a licence from iGaming Ontario.

Commenting on Horseshoe Casino, Max has this to say:

Unfortunately we have to alert players to the fact that complaints resolution with a US-licensed casino is generally not an option: US-licensing is a closed loop in that when it comes to player complaints the casino talks to the licensing body and the licensing body talks to the casino and neither party is likely to show much interest in talking to anyone else.

Yeah, that closed loop issue is real even with big names like Caesars Entertainment, dispute resolution feels pretty one-sided.
