Any 1 hear from betat? Defently related to them, Not as much busy of a site, E.G hot/cold bonus every where ect, Not as much games, But may have to sign to see it all, Also it looks like only take euros?

Hi All,

I wanted to wait for the appropriate talks with Bryan first, but seeing as the thread is picking up and there is speculation with BETAT connections I thought it would be a good idea to shed some light :)

As we grew so did our infrastructure. Besides launching a new brand of our own (soon to be unveiled) we are now in a position to create new relationships with partners of our choice. Very soon i'll organise an announcement with Bryan covering all details on there.

As for LuckyDino - the site is our first White Label and indirectly operated by us. This means that standards you are all accustomed to on BETAT need to be adhered to on most important things: prompt payments, good service and respectful client treatment. We stipulated some pretty severe contractual obligations to ensure our standards and our goodwill are maintained. Besides that, the team that we selected to operate our first WL fills me with confidence that we've made the right choice through their dealings so far.

The operation and the team behind it have their own ways of doing things and we've allowed such liberty as a provider should: Customer Service, Operations and Marketing teams are not operated by us. That said, daily and weekly checks and a all-seeing eye is focused on ensuring the site stays on the right track so if you had any doubts but trust our name and wanted to check the site out - i offer you a warm welcome personally :)

Soon, our new brands and LuckyDino will have a thread of their own, however I do need Bryan's input before we start advertising our brands on his site. It's the respectful thing to do.

The world needs more trustworthy casinos with high standards regarding player care and customer service. I always appreciate how fast you guys jump into a thread here concerning any of your casinos and your openness in the forum when you were just getting rolling really gave some good insights into the biz.

the sites looking good and I have just registered just a quick one would I have to send the i.d twice for this and bet at

I had to send I.D twice, all other sites was ok, the point is I not like sending details threw email, there shouldbe a secure link on site, Not that it does not stop fiefs, but at least u would no where ur sending I.D to
 
been on live support with joonas he has told me 1 piece of i.d I can use my visa electron statement and card

I have no passport or driving license as I have never driving or been abroad in 20 years


I have government letters that I can use but I didn't get much information about what I could use I was just wondering if igor can help at with this as I don't know what else to do about this

as I have a phone but the bills in another family members name as a add on to her account


so I am stuck at the moment :(
 


stupid question maybe , if you have a account with BETAT , can this be used to validate your new account at dino ? ? ??
 
Please treat these as fully separate brands. That includes KYC, etc..

There will be no cross-over of data as LuckyDino is self-managed brand with an added benefit to player that they msut adhere to our standards and should something go wrong we will step in (in case of company closing, mistreating players, delaying payments unreasonably, etc.)

From operational perspective these are two separate casinos

Never seen anything as stupid in all my online gaming career.
Tried to register, first using IE11 (DOB won't drop down the values at all) then Chrome (DOB drops them down but your selection doesn't enter.) The other drop-downs like choice of currency and phone code work, but when you select a value on the day/month/year it reverts to the default DATE/MONTH/YEAR in the box. Not going to waste my time if they can't even get this right.:mad:

I sign up with out problem, Live chat needs to get clued up, I deposit £20 and money not been took out my bank, I deposit another £20 and came of my balanse? I did send betat a private mesage just to try and find out whats going on, I hate it when money has not come off avalible balanse, It can easily be spent and when they try taking it out there may be nothing there to take, Any 1 else had money not been take out? well i signed up there today no probs there, took the 1st and 2nd deposit bonus, didnt last long :)
did send in my docs right away this morning after few hours declined ? needed something better and diffrent so i did send that,
dunno why they declined the first docs used them at lot of casinos even Betat without a prob :) so here is hoping my 2nd mail is ok
as i dont have anything else to give them :D

Had the same problem, sent off my normall stuff and wanted to see all four corners of license, Well corners was there, any way I rescaned and emailed me back about an hr later and all good, It is abit funny as no other sites have reject them, If asked at all,

Unfortunately submitted documents didn't pass security checks. Neteller screeshot should show transaction to us with email address registered to Neteller account in same screenshot. Email address and account number will be seen almost every page on top of the site. So, simply take a new capture from page where transactions are listed and do not crop it too much or which would be best, at all. Secondly, "utility bill", in your case payslip was too old. Please send over a new copy of some utility bill or payslip which is not older than 3 months.

firstly i did send them in my first mail a screenshot of my Neteller account and email, 2nd email had the transaction to Luckydino on it

I use a screenshot of my telephone bill as well and had never any problems with that.

And btw, i had to send my ID again too because not all corners were visible. :D

did that already :) and did send another copy of my last elotronic payslip so last resort, if they dont accept it now ill probably just forget all this and move on somewere else :)
 
Know this isn't a BBF but a few thoughts:

Pretty poor that you can't even request a withdrawal before sending your docs in. Given that this is the case, I would expect the document approval process to take less time than normal. This doesn't appear to be the case.

50 x bonus wagering is on the high side. So high, in fact, that it's enough to choose another site.

Ability to filter the games by provider would be a good addition.

Enough of the moans though. Really like the site design. Played for around 8 hours with zero connection errors which is fantastic.

Like the responsible gaming hourly pop-ups (which don't require you to reload the game!).

Welcome bonus free spins are great too. :)
 
Right, I'm going to take on the 100% 50x wr bonus, now I have completed the sign-up as their drop down seems to be working now.
I will not deposit until verified, as you need to be verified to make ANY w/d (although the terms actually state you'll be asked usually if exceeding 1000 euro total/cumulative) and I don't want to maybe win and face the grief Viking etc. had with their docs. I've sent the same ones accepted by Betsson and Bet-at, about half-an-hour ago. Let's see how long it takes to pre-verify; I'll keep you updated.:)
 
Played the first two deposit bonuses there and had a pleasant experience. Everything worked smoothly and the games didn't crash. There were some minor lag on Microgaming's slots from time to time but this seems to be happening on every Quickfire casino I play at so I wouldn't hold it against them.

I got myself verified in about 24 hours (had to resend ID once during that time) so that was rather painless. Also received a withdrawal to an e-wallet in about 20 hours time which isn't bad... though they advertise to do their best to process them in four hours so looking at it from that angle (5x the advertised duration) it wasn't that great.

Also I'd like to mention a missing rule in the terms and conditions regarding the first deposit bonuses. Looking at the terms and conditions regarding bonuses it states:

Only 10 (ten) EUR, GBP, 100 (one hundred) SEK & NOK, 200 (two hundred) RUB of a Player's stake for a single spin contribute towards wagering. So if, e.g., Your stake for one spin is 20 (twenty) EUR, 10 (ten) EUR will be wagered.

There is no mention about the welcome bonuses so I asked support about it and they replied the following:

the actual limit is 6.5€ if the stake is higher the winnings which are won by the part exceeding 6.5€ will have additional wagering 50x. for example if you bet 7€ and win 70€ the 65€ wont have additional wagering but that 5€ part of the winning will have 50x wagering added to that.
 

That's actually quite good - think of the alternative at many less noteworthy sites - if you had ONE spin over the limit amount, they'd void your play and keep your winnings. At least this way there is a get-out within the rules and no messy arguments.

My docs were verified at 19:00 so 1&1/2 hours and I'm fully set to go, with no need to have hassle if I withdraw (unlikely at 50x WR.......)
So far so good.

I sent the docs before verification including my bank statment 30/4 -30/5 . From my math this respect 3 months requiment..
I use these bank statments in all casinos where I play (including Betat) and it's the first casino who deny my bank statment!

It looks like the site is down for maintenance, as when I tried to access it a page came up saying "we are currently under maintenance and our highly trained Dino are working on it?"- I hope there is no issues with my account because I only joined 10 minutes earlier and made a deposit etc. I didn't see anything about Australians not allowed to play or take the welcome bonus so If it is just maintenance down time, then I hope it doesn't last to long.
