Just spotted this on the accredited page for Mr Green:

Reverse Time: 48 hrs
Cashout Time: 48 hrs
Payout Limits: None
Weekend Cashouts: Yes
Manual Flushing N/A

Andy can probably clarify in more detail, but the cashout time is now almost instant - and there's certainly no 48Hr reversal. From experience over the last few months, it's in your bank within around twenty minutes of hitting withdraw.

You're correct, we now have no reverse time and (if already verified) payouts are generally approved within 1 hour between 7am and 1am.
I think it's on Bryan's to do list to update it after we discussed it a while back.

On my own experience the cashout times are not that fast. (I hoped and expected them to be as I heard Andy was there red about the improvements).

I made a cashout on Thursday evening (10.4. 1:45am). It was still pending on Sunday 13.4.(when I got sick of waiting and played it off :D).

Not sure if I have sent in my documents or not, but did not get any email demanding any documents.

Also I did have a little problem (or confusion) with the game limits. There is a limit called "lose limit". It was set on 100€/week for me. I made a little deposit on Tuesday 15.4. but was unable to play at all, as it said my loose limit has been reached. Although I have not placed a single bet after Sunday.

I was also told by live chat on Tuesday that this lose limits means for example: If you deposit 50€, get your balance up to 300€ and then lose 100€ (so your balance is 200€) this limit would then be reached. But that was not the case for me (as my balance was up to 250€ and was able to play it to 0€).
So I got really confused how that limit really works.

I thought it would mean withdrawals - deposits. So if you deposit 100€ then withdraw 200€, you would be able to deposit and play 300€.
Also to say, I did not even made more then 100€ worth of deposits on the previous week.

I made a small withdrawal of 100 eur to skrill 3 hours ago, just to see how fast they are.... I'm still waiting, let's see for how long :-) i'm already fully verified long time ago...

 
Weird.... I know contacted Live Chat and they told me that i'm not verified. They tell me that for a 100 Euro Cashout, but i had thousands of euro's withdrawals and deposits before, and it was never a problem.

I sent in all documents now, let's see how it goes....

But Live-Chat also said to me that it still can take "up to 48 hours" even if it should be faster usually...

I haven't played there for a long time, because it always took them at least 2 days until they paid me, and now i really hoped that this has changed... Let's see...
 
Ok, just contacted Live Chat again as it is 25 hours now since i've requested the 100 Euro.... All they can say is that it is "at the finance department - work in progress" And after i asked her friendly if she can try to push it a bit, she said:

"You know it can take up to 48 hours"

I just don't get it why they can't try to make it at least a bit faster for me.... It's about 100 Euros!!

Let's not think about how long it would take if iw ould not have contacted them. Because 8-10 hours after the cashout NOBODY informed me that they need documents now and i would have never guessed this as i had several bigger cashouts at Mr.Green before.

The support overall was very friendly. But then also at thend end of a recent chat she said "You know that this would all have went faster if you would have already send in documents" ?

THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING. Because in the past i had several cashouts there and i've asked several times if i can "pre-verify" my account with docs (as i do it with all casinos i play) but they always said "No, not necessary we will contact you when we need anything". Yeah of course, NOBODY did contact me, i only got to know about the verification because I DID contact the live help.

I'm sure Andy could sort this out as i had great experiences with him, but he wasn't online since the 15th... But yeah... I'll just wait... :/

The reason it took so long for your and mine cash outs might be, because of not being verified. But mine cashout was pending for over 48h and no documents were asked on that time. I think it is kind of bad :(.. But hopefully that is only an exception.
 
Just thought id update this and let you know hoff that it seems its standard now for withdrawals to take a few days, I don't play there very often as I had hassle when first joined as they couldn't pay back to card I deposited from and fact is most other casinos pay out faster that have same games, I made a small deposit yesterday and made a small withdrawal which is still pending which I expected, out of curiosity I asked live chat how long there withdrawals take as says an hour on here which I know its not tho im in no hurry, there reply was, Our standard internal processing time ranges from a few hours to up to 72 hours at the moment. So going by that there withdrawal process is actually slowing down where there competitors are speeding up with withdrawals.

Don't worry - it's Customer Service covering for any hidden eventualities so as to manage expectations for extreme cases.
Average time between 7am and 1am is less than 2 hours.

I have been playing at Mr. Green more often since Andy has been the Casino Manager. I can assure you that my withdrawals are very fast. I use Neteller and have always been paid from within 30mins to an hour.

Trust me - Mr. Green has improved their payment speed vastly since earlier this year. The longest I waited was probably 2-3 hours, which is standard now.

okay andy sorry but your live chat and yourself have a difference of opinion . As you say its always so quick I asked there if there was a problem with the withdrawal as reason I use other sites and rarely mrgreen is for the speed of withdrawals. here is live chats response which doesn't give any answer as to when withdrawal will be placed but certainly says 2 hours cashout is not true. thanks andy, for the amount there was no hurry it was more the fact that everyone says its so quick but from experience the couple of withdrawals ive made have always been over 24 hours to neteller and CS staff always say that's the normal payout time , so just wondered why it was always advertised on here as almost instant, maybe ive just got bad luck
 
ok this has been resolved. thank you very much, and i hope in the future its always like this.

2 things i want to mention:

-i like it if i get a confirmation email of a withdrawal from a casino...
-uploading or mailing in documents on and or to mrgreen?
 
about mrgreen

I am a first time customer at mrgreen. i have made winnings of about 17.5k euro and have requested for a cashout.

What i will to clarify is that, is that normal for a cashout of more than 10k euro to have additional waiting time?

I have cashout yesterday and i was told the earliest that netent will get back to them with information will be next monday itself. After that it has to be approved with the casino payment manager again before i can get my payment. I deposited using skrill and wishes to withdraw using skrill as well. I was told that it can take up to one week for this withdrawal to be approved. I have already submitted all my verification documents and the CSO said everything is fine.

What i wanna ask is this. Are all these procedures normal?
 

if i was a first time costumer and won 17.5k (congrats btw ) i wouldnt mind waiting a week, hell i would even wait 2 weeks for 17.5k :)

Hi, its not that i am impatient. I am just concerned over the credibility and reliability of the casino after i won quite a bit with them. I am not even sure if this is the normal procedures for casino to delay payment for anything more than 10k.

Hi viking, why do you say they are one of the best around? I have already contacted him. I am concern particularly because i didnt expect a withdrawal to skrill to take that long especially when this is a bigger amount. Base on my experience with other casinos, its usually much faster.

the reason i think they are one of the best around is you dont see any probs conserning them, prompt payouts, good support and a gr8 rep :) but thats just based on my experince and
what i seen written in this forum :)

Ok, but is it normal to wait that long for cashout over 10k at netent casinos? can anyone verify?
 
dekilyq you never mentioned how much you deposited or if you took a bonus etc. The fact it is such a big payment will explain the delay. Since it was your first deposit and you are cashing out so much they will need to check it carefully to make sure everythings above board and the reason for it being Monday at earliest will be because some of the people involved might not work weekends. As Viking says tho they are a highly reliable and reputable casino so as long as no terms etc. have been broke then you have nothing to worry about and will get paid no problem quickly once its all been checked. There after you will find any payouts should be in less than 24hours.

Hi Paul, thanks for the reply. I got lucky with that as i only deposited 200 euro however i was playing with about 20euro per spin in the end. No, i dont take any bonuses at all. Thanks for the confidence level given!
 
Well as you never has any sort of bonus there will be no problem. Will just be the delay since its such a big withdrawal on first deposit so most casinos would pass it to security etc. to check everythings okay and the player wasn't using any system etc. to try and cheat. But like I said if everythings fine then they will pay no problems as theyre good that way and if you do have any problems their rep andy is on here and hes regarded as one of the best reps out so just ask him and he will help you. Anyway enjoy your winnngs.

Looks like your first withdrawal request was Friday night and then you verified?
It's likely you'll be sorted on Monday if there was no bonus/mini-jackpot involved etc.
After that subsequent withdrawals get much quicker of course.

It is at the provider's side as it was such a big win on a single spin they confirm those.
Usually done within a day, I can only think that it was delayed as it was a Swedish holiday on Friday.
Hopefully they'll clear it today for you.
All looks OK at our end so nothing to worry about we're just waiting for their green light.

I was really lucky about that 500x win. I really hope that it will be resolved as soon as possible and i can get my withdrawal by today. Dont really understand why must it go though the provider though as all my gaming records are in your system. Nevertheless, i thank you for your help in this case.

Hi Andy,

This is already the sixth day and my withdrawal is still pending. What i do not understand is that why should i be waiting for the game provider infinitely before you all can take any actions. 6th day for withdrawal is simply too long.
 
Update..

I think maybe this needs updating..

I have had a few recent withdrawals at Mr Green, and they just do not take the one hour I have been told on the CM page, or read on here..

I am fully verified, and my withdrawal has now been pending 12 hours and reversible.

I spoke to chat who say:

'This takes 48 hours for our payments team to review your withdrawal. then a further 1-5 working days to receive depending on your bank.'

So I think this needs updating tbh.. The reversible time is the ballbreaker for me. I hate having it sat there reversible..

ive made 2-3 withdrawal requests from Mr. Green and all have taken less than 45 minutes. Its these poor American folk I feel sorry for waiting days and days for a small cashout. Ive also contacted neteller to get another net+ card sent out so I can go withdraw cash instantly from the atm instead od waiting two days for it to hit my account

Never happens with mine really...

Usually it takes me at least this long, and it is frustrating in that when I use thrills, guts, etc it takes about an hour but I like the casino at Mr Green I just don't understand the delays. Especially as I am verified.
 
Hmm. Yesterday I reversed my withdrawal like a muppet and blew the lot after about 17 hours waiting..

Ok, credit where it is due though.

Today, deposited around £200, won near £3K :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

WD processed within 20mins. :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:
