Oh dear. The casino is either claiming a Curacao license or hasn't actually got one and it's a bogus claim.

Either way, the terms will be dodgy and payouts will be discretionary, all decisions arbitrary. You have no player rights sadly and no comeback because the jurisdiction is weak to the level of pointlessness. As said, you rely solely on the goodwill of the site to pay.

The tricks will inevitably start, which will be delays hoping you play it back to remove and assumed liability on their behalf. The deposits issue I'm guessing is a result of the perjorative terms in respect of you as a player - there will be a line stating you can only withdraw for example 5x your total deposits. So if you deposited say $200 and tried to withdraw $5000 they would try to elicit another $800 from you to meet this threshold.

Of course, if you won again with that $800 the situation would be exacerbated and you would be stuck in a spiral of scammery.

I see you've already complied and deposited more so from their point of view thay have more of your cash and you still have none of theirs. Sadly, I believe it's unlikely you'll see a sorry cent. These sites operate under a no-risk ethos.

You need to tell us which site it is, there's a slim chance it could be eligible for the Casinomeister PAB arbitration, but somehow I doubt it. Worth a try: Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures

Gostbet.com

Gostbet.com is most likely a scam online casino. It has the same look as other scam casino sites listed here:

It would be helpful if you could share where you found this casino so other players know what to avoid.
Yep I've been asking this on every single post about these casinos and I'm yet to hear from the players, I guess it's the least of their concerns to be fair as they are sad about the lost money.

Need to find out if it's via ads, bought data emails etc

I found it in a sub reddit called casino freebie. You think I can do it a charge back?? If possible or is it?
You can try everything in your power to get it back, no harm no foul.

The post has been deleted but I found it. Looks like my assumption that they fake wins to make it sort of into an "advance fee scam" was correct as there are many comments about massive wins in a very short exposure. Someone also mentioned a pragmatic game said 99% RTP somewhere so that's enough on its own. I think when I looked the games looked like the normal ones so maybe they swap them out once you actually have a balance.

Goes without saying but do some due diligence before playing at a new casino. Search the name with "scam" as well to try and find forum posts like the one I made (not sure if this URL was one mentioned).

Past that looking for any sort of footprint is advisable. Its generally an immediate sign of a scam if there is zero footprint and no big affiliate sites have pages for the casino. Casino Guru for example tries to get a page with affiliate links for every possible casino that exists so if even guru hasn't got a page for it it's either extremely new or very likely to be a scam.

Rogue casinos and scam casinos still get pages on that site so even if it has a page it doesn't mean its legit. Like I said guru like to try and get clicks on every site possible rather than just the cream of the crop.

I am very glad you added that caveat in the final sentence to save me adding it.

Indeed.

Took me a little while to figure out the best way to write it out whilst making clear it was due to negative connotations rather than positive ones. Was purely trying to get across that in terms of assessing a casinos footprint, whether or not they have a page on guru yet is a good indicator since guru will latch onto anything that has a pulse.

I've mentioned this in another post ragging on guru but the biggest danger they pose to players is when they do give a casino a page but it's a "fresh" one and the rating is fairly average but has a neutral blue colour so it leads players to thinking all is well and clicking through despite there being no complaints history, review or discussion on the page yet. Many of the Anjouan licencees had no guru page or a blank/fresh one.

I'm especially cognizant of how I structure a post mentioning other websites given my faux pas in the mrbet thread.

They were at quite a few places on Reddit with "Celebrate the New Year together with GostBet!" and eventually got banned everywhere. But i think it's just the start and we'll hear about them more.

I've no idea what that Mast Rony YouTube channel with 2 videos and over 1M subs is all about, but i can see they promote this scam casino gostbet.com.

Below is a link if you want to see the vid:

It seems like is "unlisted" as it's not included among their other videos. But it's clear that they're up to something and it wouldn't surprise me if the people behind the Mast Rony YT channel are the same as those behind gostbet.com, as well as those similar ones which you listed in the other thread.

These silly morons even left an AI prompt which they use for writing different garbage under their YouTube videos, lol

That's YouTube shorts for you. I used as script to hide them from YouTube on my PC. They don't appear in videos so it seemed unlisted but it can be found in their shorts page.

Lol the prompt!

Looks like they bought this YouTube channel that previously made some weird content in another language that was doing well with views.
