Oh dear. The casino is either claiming a Curacao license or hasn't actually got one and it's a bogus claim.
Either way, the terms will be dodgy and payouts will be discretionary, all decisions arbitrary. You have no player rights sadly and no comeback because the jurisdiction is weak to the level of pointlessness. As said, you rely solely on the goodwill of the site to pay.
The tricks will inevitably start, which will be delays hoping you play it back to remove and assumed liability on their behalf. The deposits issue I'm guessing is a result of the perjorative terms in respect of you as a player - there will be a line stating you can only withdraw for example 5x your total deposits. So if you deposited say $200 and tried to withdraw $5000 they would try to elicit another $800 from you to meet this threshold.
Of course, if you won again with that $800 the situation would be exacerbated and you would be stuck in a spiral of scammery.
I see you've already complied and deposited more so from their point of view thay have more of your cash and you still have none of theirs. Sadly, I believe it's unlikely you'll see a sorry cent. These sites operate under a no-risk ethos.
You need to tell us which site it is, there's a slim chance it could be eligible for the Casinomeister PAB arbitration, but somehow I doubt it. Worth a try:
