Omni not flushing withdrawals

Hopefully this is in the right place (please move it if it isn't). I noticed on Omni's accredited page that it says they flush withdrawals. I was just on with live chat to do just that and was told that all withdrawals are left as pending for 24-72 hours. Maybe that should be corrected. Thanks
