OnlyWin Casino has been reviewed and is featured in the Grey Zone on Casinomeister. You can check out our review here.

Scoring a fairly decent 6.8, it will be interesting to see what players score it.

From the 'Desk of Max Drayman':

On the upside, OnlyWin is properly licensed and doesn’t have a bad record insofar as we know or can see. On the downside, their Complaints process is about as feeble as it gets: “we’ll decide”, they say, or the player can contact Curaçao licensing which simply means they’ll be told to “get a lawyer.”

From what I've seen this site has smooth verification and prompt withdrawals. The bonus structure is fair and caps are easily navigable through intelligent game selection.

If there is no cap specified on the offers, always check with live chat who will tell you what it is. Saw a few bad reviews mentioning an emailed offer didn't mention a cap and they only got $600 once finishing wagering. So bad outcomes like this are avoidable by always checking with LC if there isn't a specified maximum conversion.

Not sure on the frequency but sounds like they send out reload offers based on the above.

This Casino is very misleading. They initially got me in but posing as a legitimate local casino in town called Casino New Brunswick.

Do not accept any bonus from them on first deposit or you will never see that money again even if you win. I foolishly gave them 50 dollars and got up to 150 and then could not withdraw my initial funds. Then I accidentally misclicked and lost all 150 dollars and have nothing as I "forfeited" my winnings. This scammy casino is purposely ambiguous hoping that a newbie like me will fall for their tricks. If they had not have used a fake app labeled as my local casino I would have never been drawn in. Avoid them like the plague!

Could you send a screenshot/image of them pretending to be a brick and mortar casino (greatcanadian)? Its possible it's an affiliate trying to get clicks rather than the casino themselves.

If you did sign up for the real casino, the bonus is "cashable" rather than parachute, so your deposit and cash are mixed until you finish wagering, it's unfortunate you cancelled it by accident.

It was an ad on Instagram saying Casino New Brunswick had a brand new online gaming up. Followed the ad and downloaded it. The app button still says Casino New Brunswick so it is still very much misleading.

And speaking to Onlywins about this they gave the excuse said "oh, it's not them. It must be one of their partners who did it rogue". Zero accountability. My main gripe is that the only reason I was brought to them is because of this "rogue" partner. They are happy to take deposits regardless of the ethicality of how they were found.

They have since permanently blocked my account obviously because they saw my online reviews. Reviews. I am relieved, as I could not find a way to close my account. I'm sure there are other online casinos that are much more reputable.

Hi NewBrunsGuy,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and want to address your concerns as clearly as possible.

First of all, I deeply regret that you were misled by any unauthorized use of our brand name. As soon as we became aware of this issue we conducted an internal investigation and immediately terminated our partnership with the affiliate responsible for the misleading advertisement. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Regarding the bonuses and withdrawal process, please rest assured that OnlyWin operates under clear and transparent terms and conditions. All bonus-related requirements, including wagering rules, are outlined not only in our Terms & Conditions but are also displayed directly beneath each bonus offer. We also provide reminders to ensure that players are aware of these conditions before accepting any promotion.

You mentioned that you were unable to withdraw funds from your account. Our support team has informed me that you did receive a welcome bonus and attempted to withdraw funds obtained from the bonus before completing the required wagering. Unfortunately, this is a standard industry practice, and our support team did inform you about this. After you chose to cancel the bonus, the bonus balance was forfeited, which is also clearly communicated before the cancellation process by immediate pop-up.

That said, we truly value your feedback and would like to make things right. I kindly encourage you to reach out to our support team again via [email protected]. I'm confident they will be happy to assist and may even be able to offer a bonus to make up for your experience.

Just a heads up this casino might take the cake for the absolute worst bonus terms I've ever seen. Aside from the capped cashout,, the list of games that you cannot play is about 80% of games anyone would want to play and is not listed anywhere on the website so it becomes quite the surprise when they disappear from the list of bonus wagering games. Further, of the remainig 20% of playable games, 50% of those count towards bonus wagering at a 50% rate. LOL. And the wagering requirement is the standard 40X. Absolute joke. Just stick a gun in my back and rob me. It'd be much less painful than playing with a bonus on this site.

They also used to have a toggle for bonus wagering games so you could check provider by provider but i think they removed that.

I think they might have massively overcorrected due to bonus abusers taking them for alot of money.

Before they implemented their new system, they did limit some games but very few. You could play on most games including 99% rtp low variance spinmatics. And since the implementation of this new system, the amount of slots you can use continues to decrease.

If i was a gambling man (lol), I would put a lot of money on their risk management team pulling the strategy where instead of banning and confiscating wins from advantage players / bonus abusers, they keep their accounts active and watch what games they play after adding all these limits. This will then show them which slots are more susceptible to abuse/higher value and they can add these slots to the banlist too. I believe this is what is happening and they keep adding whatever such players are picking.

This is all conjecture obviously but it does seem to match what is taking place on the site from what I can see. They should definitely protect themselves from abuse but they've gone way too far in the limitations and I agree with armster that the bonuses pretty much suck for regular players now which is a shame.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your feedback! I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns.
We're sorry to hear that your experience with our bonus terms didn’t meet your expectations. I understand how frustrating it can be when certain games aren't eligible for bonus wagering, especially if they’re among your favorites. Currently, OnlyWin gathers over 8,000 slots from well-known providers like Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Gamzix, BGaming, and many others and we're always looking to improve our offering based on player preferences.

Regarding bonus wagering, we do have a dedicated section titled “Bonus Wagering” that includes many eligible slots. It’s true that some games count only 50% toward bonus wagering, but please rest assured that whenever a user opens such a slot, a pop-up notification always appears immediately to inform them of this.

This is a temporary situation, and we’re actively working on expanding the list of games included in the Bonus Wagering category. Many more slots will be added soon as part of our ongoing improvements.

That said, I'd love to hear which specific games you were hoping to play. Your input is very valuable and I’ll gladly share it with our team to improve the experience for all players.

Thanks again for your honest review, and hope to have the chance to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future!

Hi! Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful comment. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

You're absolutely right that some changes have recently been made to our bonus wagering system and we completely understand how that might feel frustrating, especially for regular players. This is, however, a temporary situation, and we’re actively working on reintroducing more eligible games. In fact, our goal is to bring back even more than before to the Bonus Wagering section.

We really value feedback like yours! This forum is really something special as there are many users that clearly pay close attention to game mechanics and platform changes. It's exactly this kind of insight that helps us improve and evolve in the right direction.

Regardless of the changes on OnlyWin transparency remains one of our top priorities. We always inform players clearly about game eligibility, contribution rates, and any updates to bonus terms.

Thanks again!

"OnlyWin transparency" is an Oxymoron.

They don't outright lie but they get away with it by ambiguity and omission. Save your money everyone and play somewhere else.

Just as an example, you allow like 60 games from Pragmatic for bonus wagering with almost all of them the kinda crappy older games games, 9 from Bgaming, none from Hacksaw, none from Push, one PNG and it's like that across all providers. But that's not even my biggest issue. My issue is in your bonus terms, your restricted list (which i always look at before activating a bonus) is pretty misleading. Lots of casinos have junk bonus terms I don't play on them and I generally don't comment about them but misleading terms is what made me feel obliged to comment. Screenshot from your bonus terms:

I understand your concerns regarding the limited selection of games eligible for bonus wagering and the impression you got from our bonus terms.

Regarding the bonus wagering list, it's true that not all providers or games are included at this time. This is a temporary measure, and we’re actively working on expanding and diversifying the list of eligible games.

As for the bonus terms, we strive to ensure that all key information is clearly communicated. While the terms may appear long, we’ve included a dedicated section outlining eligible games for bonus wagering. In addition, if a specific game does not contribute fully to the wagering requirement, players are notified before gameplay begins. This is precisely because we are aware that many users may not read the full T&Cs and we want to prevent any confusion upfront.

Once again, thank you for raising these points. This will help us improve the game experience.

As with any online casino, it's crucial to read and understand the terms and conditions before playing.
As with any casino, I did. The screenshot i provided shows clearly they don't list even half the games that are excluded from bonus wagering so unless I'm missing something that you saw, im not sure what you expect from a player.

It can be quite confusing when the list provided by the casino doesn't seem to cover all the games that are actually excluded.
