i withdrew £1000 on the 24/12,on the 25/12 at 12,26 get email from casino stateing heavy deposits registration,do i require a deposit limit now considering sinceregistering i have deposited £7375 AND WITHDREW £6900 means in 3 months i am down £475. so i said ok as i play to win and have fun if i lose its money i can afford to lose make my deposit limit £400 per day and asked why £1000 withdrawal is still pending,get another email 26/12 at 20.03 stateing that deposit limit means£12000 per month now there is no way i was intending to deposit that amount unless( i hit mega moolah) so i told them put what ever limit you want i am not bothered and why is withdrawal still pending, never had a reply about that twice,and chat are no use they just say its pending.checked again before this post and still pending. i have been playing slots for over 15 years and get fed up with sow and stalling tactics i notice money goes out of account straight away they dont wait.

Re emails - had that a few times in that group, saying emails had been sent when they hadn't. Hadn't put it down to stalling, just gimped mailing system

jan the little darling got back to and had the email that they said they had sent sent to me problem is as race casino know my bank card was hit by a scammer so had to inform fraud department at bank which cancelled previous card and issued another when i asked support to remove said card they could not explained why it should be removed but still no. so opened file on email and i have hit the threshold so its a SOW considering i have been playing there for about 2/3 months and are £475 down do not see the logic in there reason for a SOW as its recycled cash from them and i will not ever send my bank statements and other private stuff online again so only option is to close my account and just wait for withdrawal which was made before SOW to hit my account.

You could be waiting a long time. As they have to now then follow procedures seeming you are refusing to send them SoW proof. So until they are happy that they are not getting them from you, they will then start the process and that can take weeks and in some cases months. But you will get the money you are owed it will just take far far longer.

I do not get why people refuse to send them. I know it is not nice that they need all this stuff but if we want to gamble and get paid in a timely manner then we just have to do it. You will face the same issue at any other casino you decide to play at eventually too. You will be in a never ending battle and then eventually you will be in a situation where you can no longer gamble online because all your accounts are closed.

So the best thing to do is just comply and send the documents they require

if you read the post you will see why i will not comply and i know i will eventually get my money not a problem,closed accounts at william hill and 32red because i am not willing to jump through hoops sending all and everything,i have never been sent a SOW when depositing only on withdrawals.

I know they ask for some stuff that can be pretty hard to get a hold of. But all we can do is get them what we have. If we can not get everything they ask for. Then that is not our problem. That is that casino being too strict and over the top. Any good trustworthy casino would accept little SoW proof documents. It is just some that get crazy with crazy requests that seem to never end. When you send them X you get another saying, not sufficient, we now need X etc etc and that can repeat and repeat and repeat. So I can totally understand why people hate it and get pissed off with the SoW requests and the casinos that go over the top

obviously affiliation won’t give you a payslip I’m guessing, but can’t your payments from whoever or whatever affy program you are with be counted legitimately as your income?

Not in those words, but close enough.
So, I have a casino who I get a little residual income from, and haven't sent any customers to for around 2 years. They sent me a SoW recently. If I send my affiliate stats from the previous 3/4 months, one alone will show over 300 sign ups. If they see that, then thats grounds for them to close my account. Now the earnings aren't great from them and it wouldn't be a big loss if that happened, but times it by 20 companies all doing the same, and it would. So the chances of me sending affiliate account details to another casino are pretty much zero.

They also won't accept just bank statements as proof of income, they want to see things like certified accounts. I don't have certified accounts, I don't need them, and did part of an accounting degree a while back (got bored) so certainly know enough to do my own accounts. I'm not going to pay an accountant £750+ to do a set of books up, what only purpose would be to send to a Maltese casino, who don't understand the law, but if any are reading this and want to pay the accountancy fee, then feel free and I'll send the accounts over when they are done . Just to put it into perspective, my accounts are fine for HMRC, fine for a bank, yet not for a casino.

That was the type of job you had though, most self employed don't set up ltd companies so they don't get them. People in the building type game tend to for tax reasons, and are actively encouraged to by the employer, so they don't have to give you employee rights.

I am having an issue with getting a withdrawal processed with this casino too, provided all documents that they requested, asked how long it takes to get verified, they cannot tell me, its been a week.
