I've said it many times, but i think it makes sense to say it once again in this thread... IMHO:

-> Fastest paying Rival Casino (Never waited more than 2 hours!)
-> Fastest Rep i know (Answers pretty much every PM under 2-3 hours)

The only RIVAL casino i play these days, and in my opinion they really deserve to be accredited! GOOD LUCK!

A year ago we sat down and planned on building a group of casinos that everyone will like and be happy to be associated with. Our end goal was to become accredited at Casinomeister. Thanks to the Meister for giving this outstanding Casino group a BBF.

I hope a lot of people will give them a try. I did and as I maybe stated before I exclusively play this casino group since April.

Fast payouts, nice promotions and a rep who cares for his customers. That`s what I need and what I get here.:thumbsup:
 
I made a withdraw last night at 6:48pm. It was processed at 2:25am and the wire hit my bank account at 9am this morning. This is how all of my withdraws always go. If it's on the weekend, it always hits my account on Monday morning. Very fast.

CS is excellent and always helpful the few time I have used them.

Dieter is a great rep. Aside from answering my questions and helping me with an occasional minor issue I have been very impressed that he has stepped up on several occasions to help other members with RIVAL issues at other casinos. This tells me that not only is he a great guy, but that he has confidence and pride in the product his company promotes.

I am happy to have found this group, and I really like the RIVAL games.

Was this a standard bank wire, ACH or credit card reverse. I know you said wire but just want to clarify. This could be the quickest US paying casino ever.

I was actually asking the resp on here some of these questions and he did get back to me right away, but its great to hear the actual experience.
 
I looked at the T&C, I am not finding anything about max cashout on the welcome bonuses. Is there a max cashout.

A few other terms I see that are important to know:

1)If taking 1000% bonus, max bet 10% of deposit
2) If taking 100% or more you have to play a total of 7 games
3) No progressives allowed on bonuses.

Anything else we should know?
 

Up to 1000%. Over 1000% no max bet rule. You can play what the software allows.
 

Yeah those are the rules you need to know :) But you find also a lot of details when taking a bonus at the cashier.

Oh thanks for the clarification so any bonus up to 1000% you can only bet 10% of deposit.

So if I take 200% welcome and deposit $50 your max bet is $5.

Cant find anything on weekly withdrawal limits.

Can`t find anything too.

I`m sure they had a limit and it was in their T&C`s. But maybe there was a change.

Let`s wait for Dieter to explain it.

It was a standard wire transfer. They are always this fast.

You're a funny guy. You've never heard when Bryan said that many of the reps on this forum is a little higher up.
Why should this casino be different than for example 32Red. Check their reps positions and you maybe will see who runs the operation :)

It's ok to be suspicious but no need to be so negative.

Lots of folks actually like their jobs and are dedicated to them. That is how I view Dieter. Someone who likes his job and is motivated to see his company succeed.

I agree that This 10000% bonus is not for everyone. I happen to like it and have won on it, but they do offer a variety of bonuses ranging from 50% to 10000% so something for everyone. Pick the one that meets your needs.

Most good companies allow their marketing and front like CS representatives a lot of latitude when dealing with customer issues. You will find a lot of reps in this forum that have the ability to make decisions and resolve issues.
I'm not sure what you mean or why you think this is a bad thing.
 
What does one bonus has to do with the company?? Who cares about that bonus? It's a funny thing if you're crazy one day and want to try it... I'll stick to the 50-100% ones without a max cashout.

If terms are clear they can offer whatever they want... Nobody forces me to take a bonus!

And regerading the 10000% thread you that was mentioned... The OP decided to TAKE this crazy offer. Although ALL TERMS were clearly stated in the lobby when taking the bonus, and then after realizing that it's a crazy bonus he wanted the money back.... 9 out of 10 casinos would not refund you as YOU DECIDED to take the bonus, but they did so i don't see anything they did wrong.

Actually, I remember when I read this the first time. Read it again, you will then see that the 10% rule is from 0 and up to 1000% bonus, 1001% bonuses and up do not have that rule.

This means that when I read your post I can only guess that you didn't understand the difference between "up to 1000% and over 1000%...Are you chewing gum? :D
 
Bonus terms with this casino are very simple (you can see the T&C`s in the cashier section) and they are fair (my opinion)

Just an example:

2000% Bonus: No slot restrictions, no max. bet restrictions, WR are 45x D+B. Not that bad in my opinion.

Tomorrow I will get a 200% cashback up to 100, it was a promotion started Wednesday. This 200% cashback counts for all casinos and you will also get a 10%/ 20% cashback for your losses.

Not bad I think. The WR are between 50 and 60x .

However, I enjoy the long playtime with these casinos.

To clarify on some questions that we have received:

  • Our 25 free Sign-up bonus has a max cashout of $/£/€ 100
  • 1st Deposit Bonus – 200% Match up to 500 has a max cashout of 6x the bonus + Deposit
  • 2nd Deposit Bonus – 100% Match up to 500 has no max cashout
  • 3rd Deposit Bonus – 400% Match up to 1000 has a max cashout of 5x the bonus + Deposit
  • There are other offers in the cashier if these don't appeal to you
  • Max Bet is 10% of your Deposit for bonuses up to 1000%. No Max Bet above 1000%
  • Max Withdrawal is 2k per day and 4k per week, however we have only enforced this once in 5 years when a processor ran away with our proceeds.
  • We have a Mobile platform with 24 Games on it. Follow the links from our site
  • Tropica site is been revamped and a new lobby is coming along with it. The new lobby can be viewed on Sahara Sands.

I based this upon the following:

Point 1
Term 5.10 found here: Outdated URL (Invalid)
If you choose an offer of 100% or more, then you cannot wager on 1 game only. Your wagering needs to be spread across a minimum of 7 different games. Please note that the reason for this is to prevent churning away wagering requirements on 1 game on auto-play.
I pointed out that this was not a valid reason for the T&C and got no response until VWM pushed this question later in the thread and the rep said:

Point 2
I would assume that term 5.10 is to prevent players playing the most optimal game on a bonus. My little sister could write a better term than that. It’s probably the worst way to go about solving the problem; the most straightforward way to fix the problem without constricting the player so much is to increase the wagering requirement.


On a less significant note: there is a tone of defensiveness in some of the reps posts which shows a lack of confidence.

Well was thinking about a few deposits, but after reading terms decided against. Even the low bonuses have horrible restrictions. The 200% has a 6x bonus max cashout. So I deposit 100 most I can cash is 1200:what: um no thanks.

I forgot about all these rival restrictions, tricks around every corner.

Of course that's uncool though maybe Petro could expand on his statement by providing some examples. That way, if its an area for improvement it needs to be addressed.

Are they still a white label casino also only they were back in 2012 and i was wondering whats changed between now and then to let then try to get on the accredited list

Thanks for explanantion. I guess Trick was a strong word, that was the vodka talking last night. It more the disappointment of having a lot of "max cashouts". I can certainly understand max casouts on these LARGE bonuses where there a large bets and balances, but as you get to maybe 400% and below would like to see some better terms with the max cashout.

For example there is one 200% with max cashout of 6x:eek:. Basically it comes down to be able to win 18x your deposit amount. On a 200% bonus there really should be no max.

Yes I will definitely reconsider depositing. Who knows maybe Ill do a monster bonus just to get familiar with all the new games. havent played Rival in probably 4-5 years

I'm not sure, but I think they really have changed T&C's in a manner that shows us that they are a stand alone casino now. When this was discussed a while back there were some questions about their "white label status" as you say.

What I do see, however, is that their T&C's is Ricardo's and not Tropica's. Dieter, can you please write Tropica instead of Ricardo's in Tropica's T&C's? :)

I, personally, don't see the same "white label" alarming stuff at Tropica that I did two years ago.
